Excellent service
Pros:

The Nordic villa provides a free ride to the Nordic hotel, where the food is excellent and they have the BEST gym

Cons:

The breakfast service is slow. Menu options at the villa are few.

awesome
Pros:

clean room, accessible team,generator on point, laundry team , reception team understanding and patient helpful.
once i ordered a salad at midnight and was served promptly.

Cons:

some noise from the corridor and the parking, the room not locking at first try had to turn the key twice in the keyhole to ensure it was properly locked.

Pros:

I was looking forward to staying at a boutique hotel in Nigeria. But this was not it.

-The hotel has no elevator
-There was a leak coming from the AC- it took some time before it was fixed.
-The bed was not comfortable.
-There were no washcloths available for guest rooms even though that gave them upon arrival with a welcome drink, Which means they have them but would not give me one when I asked for one to use for my bath.

Very Comfortable stay only the washroom goofed up
Pros:

I have always liked Nordic Villa. It's a comfortable place to stay. Staff behaviour is impeccable, and I compliment each of the staff members as well as the management who has trained them so well.

Cons:

The room I stayed in this visit (Christiansfeld) had an awful washroom. Management needs to look into that. The water pressure was low. Sometimes only the hot water will come and no cold water.
I have been staying in this hotel for the past ten years and have rarely complained about anything. So when I am giving this feedback, I hope management takes it seriously and carries on with the necessary rectification.

Clean, functional, and comfortable Nordic style hotel
Pros:

The hotel was clean and all amenities were functional including all electric outlets, AC, and the wifi which was excellent for a hotel. The hot water became very hot. The "Nordic" style was nice with good furniture, lighting and ambience in the room including a scented oil diffuser. Sheets and nice blanket were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It's not the best location, a little far from the city center, but easily accessible if traffic is light. The breakfast was good, the egg sauce wasn't oily, but I thought the serving size was small.

Pros:

Excellent place, location, and cleanliness. The staff were brilliant.

Cons:

I was shocked that the rack rate was cheaper than booking. Com. First time I’ve seen that but had made me question if the site is truly a deal breaker
