Free parking. Housekeeping could do better
Pros:

Had free parking. Decent room. Good, helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The housekeeping didn’t change sheets or make our bed even once in the four nights we stayed.

讓人放鬆的環境
Pros:

西式晚餐真的很好吃，從麵包、前菜、到甜點。早餐是buffet但選擇也滿多的，食材都很新鮮。
相較市區，房間真的很大，走西式古典風格，舒服的氛圍。3樓有個大浴池，晚上開到0點，早上到10點，裡頭只有室內1池、室外一池。可以徒步走到舊輕井澤商店街，路上也有很多商店與餐廳。車站交通建議搭計程車，公車不是低底盤的提行李會很累。

Great location, nice, clean & relaxing.
Pros:

Location, relaxing, friendly staff. Great breakfast - I had the best honey ever.

Cons:

Couldn’t take walk-ins for dinner. During low season, or weekdays, it can be hard to find restaurants nearby.

Pros:

房间巨大，在日本从没住过这么大的房间，酒店服务档次高。除了贵没毛病。晚餐非常好吃，临时预定晚餐可能订不了。

Pros:

落ち着いた雰囲気で、館内もとてもきれい。暖炉や大浴場もありとてもリラックスできました。
ホテルの方の対応もとても丁寧でまた行きたいと思いました。
食事は朝食付きとしました。お蕎麦もあったり牛乳もおいしくいただけました。夕食は外で食べてしましましたが、記念日などの際はぜひレストランを利用してみたいと思います。

Highly recommended Grand place to stay.
Pros:

The room is spacious and elegantly designed, with very large bathroom. Toiletries and beverage etc are provided with Japanese hospitality. Good location near old Gina shopping street. Easy parking.

Pros:

Beautiful and great size bedroom and bathroom areas. Loved the cute little balcony too. Comfortable beds and the room itself felt cosy. The staff were helpful. Onsight onsen was incredible too and location suited as perfectly as it was close to everything we needed it to be. However the bicycle rental at hotel was also a useful option as it allowed us to venture further away without needing to walk so much.
