Highly recommended Grand place to stay.
Pros:

The room is spacious and elegantly designed, with very large bathroom. Toiletries and beverage etc are provided with Japanese hospitality. Good location near old Gina shopping street. Easy parking.

Pros:

Beautiful and great size bedroom and bathroom areas. Loved the cute little balcony too. Comfortable beds and the room itself felt cosy. The staff were helpful. Onsight onsen was incredible too and location suited as perfectly as it was close to everything we needed it to be. However the bicycle rental at hotel was also a useful option as it allowed us to venture further away without needing to walk so much.

Amazing Stay
Pros:

This is our second time at LE Grand Kyu Karuizawa and it was exceptional!
We appreciated that they allowed us to eat dinner even though our flight was delayed and arrived 3 hours after dinner reservation. I will always remember their kindness, exceptional service, delectable dinner and hospitality.
Their outdoor Onsen was a morning gift for me as I enjoyed my time alone on our last day.
Thank you, LGKK staff, for another amazing experience.

酒店附近環境清淨，工員人員很好，會主動幫你拿行李，房間空間很大，晚餐和早餐都很好吃，3樓有大浴場，想泡澡的可以去試試。整體感覺非常好，下次有機會再去。

Everything was great. The staff were all extremely nice, the room was huge and comfortable. The location is 3 minutes walk away from a bus station, about 15 minutes from the central station and 10ish minutes from the other side of town.
