The location is good

When I got off my flight, I had a message saying if I was there by 3pm my booking would be cancelled and to call a local phone number - as a tourist without a local sim, this wasn't possible so I was forced to cancel planned activities to get there before my booking was cancelled. When I got there, the machine for checking in couldn't recognise my details and also needed a cash deposit - having rushed there from the airport I didn't have cash and had received no prior warning this would be needed, and there were no directions to the nearest ATM and no wifi password posted anywhere so I could access Maps. Luckily a member of staff appeared, there was a local phone number scrawled on some paper at the desk but with no wifi access, I'm not sure how I was expected to contact them.

The AC was noisey and after two nights in the room I know have a cough. Pillows are lumpy, towel had holes in it and felt like sand paper. No wifi password posted in the room, I was lucky to find a member of staff again who could give it to me. The only other time I encountered staff was when they were talking loud and banging around outside my room in the morning, even with the "do not disturb" sign posted.
