The smell of what i was told of air freshner was awful. It was too powerful to have a relaxing night. The whole hotel had that smell.
Linen / towels was not available and the electric points / lights were not working
I am regular visitor to the property but this time the staff behavior and hospitality is not satisfied.

Staff, especially the people at the reception were not behaving cordially; they were rude.
This was perhaps the lousiest of all my stays and am so sorry to sound so negative. I do not recommend anyone to stay here ever.
Parking was difficult at that place. The room did not have hot water and we had to struggle whole evening long but still it didnt work. We had to change room shifting all the bags etc.
The other was marginally better but hot water still was just warm in the evenings.
If there was anything that was good, it was the breakfast which was pretty decent. there was no major complaints.
The other good thing was that the place is calm and u dont hear all the noise on the road.
Need to improve in customer services and facilities
Didnt have a comfortable stay. Everything needed to ask for few times till we actually got it. Such as hairdryer, clearing the rubbish, towel and water. Cleanliness was bad. Still could feel the floor wasnt clean. The hotel was too noisy by music, renovations and events.
Amazing hotel with excellent service.. Hats off to the staff.. I stayed 15 days with my wife and two kids.. My son who is three years old didn't want to leave the hotel at the end of the trip...
Overall I am very happy and the staff are very helpful.
However I was charged for the day that I didn't stay. I booked for 2 days but due to changes in travel plan I only stayed there for 1 day. The night before I have informed the receptionist but he didn't alert me on this. The next day morning I called the receptionist and informed him again and he did't alert me. I came down with my luggage and then he told me and he claim its the hotel policy.
Very much dissapointed and since my cab is waiting I payed the amount and walked away.
