Very comfortable and convenient at a great price.
Pros:

Great location a short walk rom the beach. Very easy to get tuk-tuks to go further afield. Really helpful and friendly staff. Didn't try the restaurant but it looked good. Price was excellent value.

Emplacement idéal et hôtel bien tenu
Pros:

Très bien situé à 200 mètres de la plage. Chambre avec tout le confort. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Ma chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur. Un peu flippant à l’arrivée.

Do not book this place!
Pros:

Nothing absolutely appalling service.

Cons:

Made a booking and advised them of late arrival time which they confirmed via message. Arrived at hotel at 1.30am after a 12hr flight to be told they don't have a booking for me. Young chap in reception didn't have any idea & then the manager came who was just rude beyond words. Left with having to find alternative accomodation at 2AM as a solo female traveller. Appalling service do not book this place.

Very good, would stay again!
Pros:

The staff were really professional and very nice to talk with, the inroom dining was great, food was really good and didn't have to wait long before staff brought my meals!
Very close to beach, and a short walk to Galle rd for shops, very easy to get a tuk outside hotel as the street is well used for beach access and other hotels!

Great Place to stay for activities around South Colombo, Moratuwa and Panadura.
Pros:

We stayed there for 10 days. Great room, we operated from the hotel for activities around Colombo and Panadura. Initially booked for 4+3 days and later extended for a total of 10 days - staff and room comfort were excellent! A/C was great after Colombo hear and humidity. Water pressure and hot water are also great.

Pros:

Это было наше первое месторасположения на Шри-Ланке. Небольшой номер в отеле встретил нас чистотой и уютом. На удивление, всё необходимое поместилось: шкаф для одежды с полками и вешалками, в нём также есть сейф, маленький, но вместительный холодильник, чайник и кружки, прикроватный тумбы с МЕГАудобными светильниками (за это моя отдельная благодарность) над ними, зеркало с большой полкой, которою мы использовали для хранения нашего багажа. В номере были три бутылки с водой, несколько видов чая и кофе, а также сахар и сухие сливки. Ванная комната просторная (5 кв.м как минимум). Ни с напором, ни с температурой воды проблем не возникало. Полотенца чистые, как и постельное.
По сути Маунт-Лавиния - это пригород Коломбо. Улицы здесь достаточно оживленные, но улица, на которой расположен отель, оживала только в выходные (по ней пролегает наикратчайший путь к пляжу). Но звук с улицы нам не мешал, т.к. окна плотно закрываются. На окнах не только портьеры, но и тюль, что приятно удивило. На один из ужинов посетили и ресторан, который находится на первом этаже отеля, цены приемлемые, но что ели - уже и не вспомню (значит, блюда не зацепили). Более менее вкусно поели на пляже, в кафе у Fernando. Пляж скорее для фото (и то нужно искать место без мусора), чем для купания (сильные волны в середине декабря и песчаный полуметровый перепад, вымытый океаном). Отсюда удобно добираться в Канди на экскурсии, местных гидов можно встретить также на пляже.

Cons:

Чтобы пройти в ванную, приходилось обходить третью кровать. Пыль со светильника у кровати вытирали сами.

Underlig Residence Manager
Pros:

Läget och relativt god standard

Cons:

En Residence Manager som var helt förvirrad och dålig arbetsledare, inte bra mot personalen, en olämplig chef.
Resultatet blev ett ostädat rum under 5 dagar, efter 3 dgr fick jag säga till Residence Manager om påfyllning av thé och kaffe samt vatten och toapapper, fick då det.av personal som sa att det var Residence Manager som stoppade dem från service och att han ville ha mutor från gästerna
