Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Beautiful location and the staff are exceptionally brilliant. We were a bit of a tricky group as it was my father (70yo), two year old, and myself being pregnant - but they helped us in so many ways and accommodated all of our needs. Great food and the atmosphere was fantastic.

Wunderbare und hochwertige Anlage mit sehr gutem Service und Essen
Pros:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit kleinem Garten, wunderbare Größe, toller Blick, sehr hochwertige Materialien, ruhige Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig, wir haben uns oft wie die einzigen Gäste gefühlt, was sehr angenehm war. Immer ausreichend viel Personal und auf alle Bitten an den Guest Service wurde prompt reagiert. Die Restaurants sind auch sehr angenehm, immer ausreichend Platz frei und freundlicher Service.

Cons:

Das Bett hätte etwas größer sein können, auch war die Matratze dem 5 Sterne Niveau nicht ganz angemessen. Weiterhin wäre eine weitere Restaurant Option schön, da das Michelin-Sterne Restaurant für Familien mit Kleinkindern praktisch nicht nutzbar sind (über 10 Gänge mit über 200 EUR pro Person). Schön wäre z.B. etwas asiatisches oder ein Pizza Restaurant o.ä.
