Beautiful hotel grounds, everything was immaculate!

Cons:

Loved everything - would have liked our evening meal outside but we were told it was unavailable even though the restaurant was pretty empty!

Very nice, super peaceful. If you want somewhere where you can walk around and not be cluttered with other guests this is the perfect place

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Dining options were good, especially Roka.

Cons:

Not worth the price. The pool was incredibly small and crowded, there often weren’t enough beds for our family. For a property of this size, there should be more pools.

The service was also hit and miss. There was one very helpful attendant named Adrian but beyond that the staff left a lot to be desired especially those at the front desk.

The buggies were also slow to arrive often taking up to 15 minutes - not ideal with kids.

It was an experience I will never forget. By far the best hospitality experience I've had in Europe.
Pros:

Everything from the breakfast, hotel staff, room and facilities were perfect.

- personal sehr professionell und immer freundlich
- die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und habe. Uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
