außergewöhnliches Hotel das individuell geführt wird und sich positiv von vielen Luxushotels abhebt

Die beiden Hotelrestaurants haben uns sehr gut gefallen.
Qualität, Ambiente (mit Livemusik) und der Service waren sehr gut (5*****)

Cons:

Die Lage hätte etwas näher am Meer sein können.
Aber darauf hat das Hotel heute keinen Einfluss.
Immerhin gab es einen gut organisierten und freundlichen Shuttel-Service zum 3 Km entfernten Strand.
Also gab es keinen wirklichen Kritikpunkt am Hotel.

Ruhe, wunderschöne Zimmer und erstklassiger Service – mit kleinen Details, die noch verbessert werden könnten.
Pros:

Eine wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage mit traumhafter Atmosphäre. Das Essen war sehr gut in der Villa Sophia, die Zimmer sehr schön und der Service jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Schade war, dass der Country Club während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen war und wir dadurch Padel nicht direkt vor Ort spielen konnten. Der Poolbereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Grösse eher klein. Zudem empfanden wir die Preise für Essen und Getränke als relativ hoch.

No me gustó que estuve sin teléfono y no pude llenar a recepción y sin funcionar los programas de TV . Y limpieza no del todo muy bien

Dobry hotel, nierzetelna informacja i opłata za udogodnienia których nie było.
Pros:

Piękny hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Niestety żadne atrakcje sportowe i udogodnienia nie były dostępne i hotel nie informuje o tym podczas zakupu.
Nie był dostępny basen pływacki, tennis, padle, yoga, pilates. W zasadzie wybraliśmy hotel z powodu tych udogodnień, których niestety nie udostępniono z powodu pożaru - choć wszystkie widoczne tereny i korty były bez żadnych nawet najmniejszych uszkodzeń.
