A garagem é paga por diaria de 15 reias. O hotel deveria dar decortesia. Os bolos no cafe da manha são servidos gelados. Um elevador estava quebrado.
Wi-Fi não funcionou, a TV smart não conectava na Internet, o espaço do café da manhã não deu vazão para a quantidade de hóspedes e o quarto era em frente ao elevador, que fazia um barulho muito incômodo toda vez que o elevador parava no andar
