Gostei do atendimento funcionários atenciosos, Café da manhã com muita variedade.

Cons:

Estava em obras academia com pouquíssimos aparelhos, uma das estereira não estava funcionando, o espaço adaptado para treinar pequeno.
Chuveiro não esquentava muito, ficava apenas morno.

Pros:

Localização boa, equipe simpática e eficiente!

Cons:

Minha estadia coincidiu com uma obra no primeiro piso, então estava tudo meio tumultuado na área do café da manhã. Também não curti o chuveiro. Dependendo da hora, ele não esquenta o suficiente.

Cons:

Não tenho o que reclamar, mas a pontuar. O custo de hospedagem em Vitória é alto.

Falta de conforto nas áreas comuns, muito talvez por conta da reforma. Não há academia como consta no Booking. A mesma foi ocupada por mesas para o café da manhã. A equipe de funcionários parece um pouco amadora.
