Convenient modern hotel with a good breakfast.
Pros:

The location was fabulous. In the centre. The room are very modern and fresh. The breakfast was a good add on. If you go out looking for something it will cost more.

Pros:

Superfreundliches Personal. Modernes Ambiente mitten im Zentrum. Stylische Zimmer mit Schallisolierung. Großes Plus der Fahrradraum für insgesamt 6 Fahrräder. Und wir haben zwei davon bekommen. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Für kurzen Städtetrip gut geeignet
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Cons:

Ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Es gibt lediglich eine Garderobe. Bei zwei Mädels war der Stauraum für die Kleidung dann etwas knapp.

Schlafen und frühstücken wie zuhause mit einer wunderschönen Altstadt vor der Tür
Pros:

Ein wunderbares Hotel in einer schönen und sehr zentralen Umgebung der Altstadt.
Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kulturell sehr gut informiert. Das Hotel ist ruhig, sauber und einladend.

Teuer, und na ja!

Cons:

Anfang Mai war die Klimaanlage bei Außentemperaturen von 12° am Tag und 5° in der Nacht abgeschaltet. Auf Nachfrage hat man uns ein tragbares Heizgerät gegeben, welches wir selbst installieren mussten.
Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto zum Hotel ist ein Desaster. Das Personal kann diese nicht adäquat beschreiben und drückt sich verschwommen aus. Schriftliches Material gibt es nicht.
Man muss mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzone fahren, weiß aber nicht genau wo und wie. Eine Zumutung!
Warum das Hotel als Design Hotel bezeichnet wird, erschließt sich uns nicht: billige IKEA artige Möbel und beim Frühstück hat man nicht mal die Möglichkeit adäquat an einem Tisch zu sitzen. Höchst ungewöhnlich.

Great hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

The location is brilliant. It is in the city center, very close to the cathedral. The tram station is only 50 m. There is a parking house nearby, if you drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the best (if not the best) I have experienced in my life: hard but not too hard.

Cons:

There is no dedicated breakfast room; the lobby is used for it. The drawback is that there is only one "normal" eating table, others have use low-leveled armchairs and coffee tables, that are not that convenient for catering.
