Pros:

Cumpre com o que se compromete, boa localização, quarto amplo com ar condicionado e frigobar; restaurantes próximos, agência de viagens dentro do hotel.

Pros:

The location was very close to the bus station and close to restaurants and other activities. The staff were very good and helped us when needed. The breakfast was continental with a toast and fruit. The negatives were that the street at times was loud and the wifi was poor.

Reasonable price, convenient location.
Pros:

Just sreps from bus station. Tour info in same lobby. Somewhat noisy as in center of town. Incorrectly advertises as B and B. Breakfast was just coffee and toast. Other hotels gave me a full breakfast with fruit, gallo pinto and eggs. Comfortable and convenient for the price.
Travel tip: Do hike in or do a tour of LArenal. Do check out the free hot springs river. DON'T take a 9$ cab ( each way) to La Fortuna waterfall and pay an additional 15$ to get in. $33 just to see a waterfall is not worth it!!

Pros:

To have a room near the downtown district is a pretty good deal. Unfortumately the WiFi was unreliable, but the room is clean and quite comfortable. The hot water was also reliable which is a welcomed convenience.

Das Internet hat praktisch nicht funktioniert. Ich konnte weder mit Visa noch mit Mastercard unseren Aufenthalt bezahlen. Und das Hotel wollte noch 13% Zuschlag für die Kartenzahlung. Zimmersauberkeit gerade akzeptabel. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aus der Toilette ist ständig Wasser geronnen...

Very nice and clean hotel. Expensive tours.
Pros:

We had a great time at this hotel, in a large double room including a terrasse. Everything is clean, and the hotel is perfectly located near the major touristic sights around La Fortuna. However, be careful about the tour company inside the hotel. They try to sell you very expensive tours around the Arenal volcano (65$ per person) with a lot of fancy activities. In fact, it's much cheaper to explore the area by yourself, with a rental car for example.
