The bar upstairs had a veeery weird vibe, it made us feel the bar and hotel are designed for prostitution
The terrace is beautiful to hangout during daytime but most was closed, and the rest completely empty, I didn't see a single other guest there (and actually anywhere else). When the bar was closed they didn't even turn on the lights of the other common areas
Ubicación excelente en el barrio de Condesa, al lado del Parque de México, muy agradable. Muchas cafeterías y restaurantes cerca.
El sábado hay música en directo en el bar del hotel hasta las 12 de la noche y se oye en todas las habitaciones, me parece increíble.
La ducha es completamente obsoleta, el agua tiene poca presión y es difícil aclararse el jabón.
La habitación que nos dieron, en el tercer piso, es bastante ruidosa por las palomas, el bar y una habitación de servicio por la que pasan todos los trabajadores.
No hay ascensor ni AC.

The location is wonderful. We upgraded our room as the junior suite was quite basic and felt like a cupboard. We upgraded our room to a superior suite with a view of the park. It was excellent. I wouldn’t recommend a junior suite.
Information on limitations of a junior suite. They face an internal courtyard. The stairs are quite hard to navigate and information should be given about that. There is no elevator. We had an unfortunate encounter with a waiter in the restaurant upstairs. Separate management to the hotel but it impacted our stay. Overall the staff were courteous and helpful.
The location was in a perfect neighborhood. felt safe !

The bathroom could use some maintenance. It is a little run down. I also don’t like that have to turn in my key/ people come in my room every day. I want to feel free to leave my room as is. But I do like that the room was cleaned daily

El hotel es muy bonito, decorado con gusto, y se encuentra delante del parque de Mexico, un lugar que nos encantó de la ciudad (muy verde, con servicios y buen ambiente). Repetiríamos solo por eso, un acierto total.
La habitación era bonita y cómoda.
El personal muy amable, tuvieron algunos detalles con nosotros.
A mejorar, la presión de la ducha.
También desde la habitación se oye bastante cuando limpian o llegan otros huespedes.

Die Mitarbeitenden sind wirklich super nett und hilfreich, zuvorkommend. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend.
Wenn man das kleine Bett erwischt (Bettengrößensind je Zimmer unterschiedlich) hat man zu zweit wirklich wenig Platz, das waren so 100-110 cm.
Am Wochenende hört man Partygeräusche von den umliegenden Einrichtungen, aber es ist noch in Ordnung.

Personal súper amable y atento, la ubicación en Condesa es excepcional. El hotel en sí, es una obra de arte.
Todo estuvo muy bien, quizás únicamente que sin abrir las ventanas, se concentraba un poco el aire en la habitación.
