Convenient location - close to parque mexico and many restaurants. Friendly staff. Charming hotel, cute aesthetic. The front gate is always locked and they have staff 24/7 so we felt safe.
No AC (which was fine since it cooled down at night but the room was hot during the day), the microwave and fridge was not plugged in, we had to ask the staff to come and plug them in for us. Our room was located on the 3rd floor which meant the corridor was not covered so we would get wet when it rained.
Visiting Mexico during the World Cup and the hotel did not have a single TV Channel!!!

Great staff, perfect location
The rooms are very stuffy and have no air conditioning. The rooms with windows do not have mosquito screens, so if you open them, mosquitoes come in.
Every 2–3 hours, some kind of machinery (I’m not sure what it is) turns on and makes an extremely loud noise. Now I understand why the rooms come with earplugs. It is impossible to get any rest.
The bathrooms are extremely small.
The staff was very friendly and did their best to make us feel comfortable, but under these conditions, it is impossible.

The hotel is in a prime location and is very pretty. Lovely bar at the top of the building overlooking the park. Most amazing were the staff who were always on hand to help with a smile. Very friendly and made the stay 10/10. Also provided a late checkout free of charge to my friend who had a late flight out of the country. Amazing, would recommend!
Only thing was that the shower cold tap didn't work.
