De stille locatie van het hotel en in de kamer opgegeten ,met de zelf gekochte, sushi uit de supermarkt.

Cons:

Eigenlijk alles. Het werd aangegeven als restaurant & hotel. Ik boekte last minute met die verstande dat ik daar in de avond gebruik kon maken van het restaurant. Het lag afgelegen, vandaar. In de, na betaald te hebben, bleek in de bevestigings mail al dat je dit 1dag van te voren moet aangeven. Je kan dan niet meer annuleren.
Bij aankomst werd dan ook direct duidelijk gemaakt dat dit niet kon. Het restaurant serveerde wel een diner voor de gasten die dit wel hadden gedaan. Communicatie verliep erg moeizaam en tips waar je evt wel kon eten waren voor mij niet duidelijk.
De kamer viel ook erg tegen. Er stond op de foto een sofa, maar die was er ook niet. Je zag wel de afdrukken op het tapijt waar die gestaan had.Je moest zoeken voor een ouderwets stroomaansluiting om je apparaten op te laden.
Het ontbijt was een aanfluiting. Het werd afgelverd in de tuin en meer ook niet. De deuren van de serre gingen weer dicht ofwel; een barricade was opgeworpen. De inhoud van het ontbijt was 1 croissant, 1 chocolade croissant, 1 koffie, 1jus, 1harde boter ennn 1 koppie koffie met melk voor een weeshuis. Er was een Frans restaurant, dus het petit dejeuner was petiter als het maar kon zijn.
5 sterren onwaardig.

A beautiful mountain stay in Hakuba
Pros:

The hotel restaurant Traumerei is located in Hakuba, a mountain town. The location in May was just perfect, away from the hustle of larger cities, peaceful, and beautiful in springtime. The hotel is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast under the trees, fine cuisine, and the hotel onsen! A big thank you to everyone at Traumerei, especially Yumiko, what made our stay so pleasant!

Excellent accommodation, 100% recommend you stay here while in Hakuba
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was lovely and attentive, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the services such as breakfast in the room and the onsen were excellent! Dinner in the restaurant was worth every penny, truly it was so delicious. We would 100% recommend this accommodation!

Charming Retreat with Excellent Service in Hakuba

We had a lovely stay at Traumerei, beautifully nestled in the heart of Hakuba. The magical snowy surroundings created a truly memorable experience. We especially enjoyed the daily French breakfasts and the relaxing onsen which were perfect after a day in the snow. The availability of laundry facilities and the attentive, helpful service made our stay very comfortable. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would highly recommend Traumerei to anyone visiting Hakuba
