Pros:

The Bistro food was exceptional

Cons:

Still waiting for Bella to call when mentioned limited mobility could cancel, she was talking to manager still waiting. Got to check in no one around waited 10mins. Room dusty full of cobwebs try paying attention to clean. Toilet bowl needed a good scrub, just disguting

Very comfortable for work purposes and short stays.
Pros:

The new Manager, Tanya - what an absolute Gem- went above and beyond to make up for a little hiccup on check in. Rare service no a days!
Rooms are a great size. Beds are too soft but comfortable. Showers and bathrooms need a good scrub but overall clean.
Too noisy but it quietens down after about 9.30-10.00pm- think it would be very noisy over a weekend.
Service is excellent in the restaurant but too much dressing on the Caesar Salad which ruined it, otherwise with the chicken and poached egg would have been perfect. Will stay again for work purposes.

Nice, comfortable and convenient. Will stay again.
Pros:

Location close to work. Restaurant and room and service were great. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Plenty of room for 1-3 people, great for just me.

Cons:

Shower was pretty dirty with mould and toilet seat didn't fit the rim. No tissues. No soap for basin. Flights of stairs not good just after my knee surgery, but ok. Very noisy from about 6.30pm to 9.30pm and trucks coming and going out the back. Air-conditioning blows straight onto the bed so uncomfortable over night when on.

Pros:

Great location and convenient. Good food in the bistro. Greatly enjoyed a well cooked steak. Very comfortable room which was quiet. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

The soap etc was only in the shower. Nothing near the bathroom sink si I had to open the shower each time to get some soap to wash my hands.

Convenient to where we were going for the weekend event.
Pros:

The rooms were basic but practical.
They were clean and tidy .
The staff in the bistro were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It would of been great if there was a breakfast service available.
Handwash in the room would of been great to.
The stairs were a bit of a struggle with a pram .
