قالو راح يرجعون مبلغ لليله من الحجز والان لي اكثر من شهر وانا اتصل فيهم ولا فيه اي اهتمام كل يوم يقولون كلمنا بكره وشوف القسم الفلاني المهم كلها مبررات لعدم ارجاع المبلغ وللاسف ان بوكنق هم اكدو لي استرجاع المبلغ ولحد الان مارجع المبلغ لي
ولا انصح التعامل معهم .

Guter Aufenthalt mit direktem Zugang zur Mall

Direkter Zugang zur Mall, was sehr praktisch war, grosses Zimmer, schöne Anlage, bequemes Bett, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Im Badezimmer ein paar Anmerkungen: die Armaturen waren verkalkt. Auch die Fliesen (Wände) waren nicht sehr sauber, es bräuchte hier eine bessere Reinigung. Es gab keine Produkte, um die Badewanne zu benutzen, da Shampoo usw. fest installiert waren und nichts neben der Badewanne. Es gibt verschiedene Stellen, die saniert werden müssten, da schon sehr alt und verbraucht. Aber das Problem war nicht so gross, dass wir reklamieren mussten, es war insgesamt okay. Aber eben nicht 5 Sterne.
In der Lobby: insgesamt schöner Bereich, was aber durch Flecken auf den Teppichen den guten Eindruck etwas mindert. Bessere Reinigung wäre nötig.
