Internet was not working. Dining food was very salty
Location, spacious room, hotel lobby. Nice and friendly staff.
First time I came to this hotel was in 2018, which was a very pleasant experience then.
All amenities were old and needed a major facelift.
Towels, although very clean, were so worned out.
Most of the reception and housekeeping calls were unattended.
Soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we first arrived.

My experience at the Grand Millennium Muscat was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the staff showed a lack of responsiveness throughout my stay.
The check-in process was significantly delayed, causing inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, any requests made during the stay were handled with excessive delays, which reflects poor service management.
Due to the unsatisfactory service and overall experience, I decided to leave the hotel after staying only one night, despite having a reservation for two nights.
Main Issues:
• Very poor customer service
• Unresponsive staff
• Long delays during check-in
• Extremely slow response to guest requests
Conclusion:
I do not recommend this hotel based on my experience. There is a clear need for improvement in service quality and staff responsiveness.

We had a short stay at the Grand Millennium Muscat, and it was a very pleasant experience. The accommodation was comfortable and relaxing, providing a perfect environment to unwind.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Said Al Riyami, the shift manager, for his continuous support and efforts in making our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was outstanding, offering a great variety and quality.
Overall, it was a lovely and comfortable experience, and I would definitely consider visiting again.
One of the best hotels in Muscat with excellent location and cooperative staff. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend and repeat my visits. Thanks for keeping my stay rememberable.
