Pros:

Mooi, schoon hotel. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.
Ik had mn autosleutel laten vallen in de lift, bij het uitstappen. Hij viel precies in de gleuf van de liftdeuren, naar beneden. De volgende ochtend hadden ze al gezorgd dat het lift bedrijf de sleutel terug vond. Heel fijn!

Camera molto grande e silenziosa, letti comodi
Molto gentili a fine soggiorno, la sera ci hanno permesso di utilizzare le docce della spa avendo già fatto il check-out

Cons:

Fatto il check-in e atteso per la preparazione della camera quando siamo saliti mancava il terzo letto e gli asciugamani, ho dovuto chiedere che lo preparassero, dopo aver messo una dignitosa brandina non avevano previsto un piumino ma una coperta di pile, quindi altra segnalazione per avere un letto decente
Peccato nessuna finestra in camera, non sono amante della moquette anche se era pulita
