اذا اردت ان تأخذ تكسي لا تأخذ السيارات امام بهو الفندق سيطلبوا ضعف السعر ، قم بتتزيل تطبيق otaxi واستمتع بتتقلات مخفضة ومريحة ، ذهبت لمطرح ب ٢ ريال فقط وتكسي الفندق كان طالب ١٠ ريال

Good and comfortable hotel with some more potential
Pros:

Comfortable and clean rooms, nice lobby and good breakfast. Pool is also good for a short break. Gym access is 24h available, SPA access is also possible till evening hours and is included in the price.
Directly connected to a Mall (but we liked the other Mall in the other side more than this one).
Staff in the restaurant and reception are kind and helpful.

Cons:

-No clear instructions regarding our car parking, first two times they took the key and parked the car, afterwards the valet was suprised that i parked in front of the hotel and told me in a "not nice way" to park down (sorry for only driving a suzuki..).
-We extended our stay (late checkout on 7pm) but It was not possible to pay by cash because they couldnt change 50 OMR, which is suprizing to me for such a hotel.
-Also 30 OMR for a late checkout (estimated 77USD) is really expensive.
-Pool is only 1.2m deep.
-Nothing enjoyable for kids under 4 years in the hotel except the pool

Not worth the money unless you don’t plan on leaving your room because that was the only good part about it
Pros:

Everything about the room was great and clean but besides that I did not enjoy the hotel at all.

Cons:

The facilities are neglected and under staffed. Nobody to serve you at the pool and not even a bar which was the main reason I booked my stay there. Bad smell and no air conditioning throughout the hallways and especially near the dinning area where you could clear smell the toilet around the food which put me off to even going down for breakfast. I paid so much and it was not worth it at all

Er ging wat mis met een betaling van een drankje. Dit heb ik dubbel moeten betalen en mijn geld nooit teruggekregen. Dat was jammer.

The best spot to setup a base for your Oman visit !
Pros:

We enjoyed the room size - the bed was really comfortable and spotless cleaned every day - the breakfast was rich and the free upgrade was an incredible plus for our group !

Cons:

some minor details - like number of towels per room and a better daily check on the shower amenities
