Pros:

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the cleanliness, the beautiful rooms, the breakfast, the location, and the added bonus of the pool.

Полное несоответствие цены и качества. Ужасные завтраки, три раза переселялись в другой номер, по причине не готовности номера и неработающего кондиционера. Персонал улыбается, но ничего не делает для изменения отношения гостей к качеству услуг

Pros:

Атмосферно, Хороший бассейн и тренажерный зал. Неплохие завтраки. Расположен на тихой улочке, но рядом доступно много локаций.

Cons:

Немного уставший фонд. Медленное (своеобразное) обслуживание на бассейне. Блюда на мангале при заказе на бассейне оставляют желать лучшего.

Pros:

Отличный отель, рекомендую! Понравилось абсолютно всё: интерьер в стиле старого города создает потрясающую атмосферу, при этом в номерах идеальный порядок и чистота. Персонал очень приветливый, сервис и обслуживание на высоте. Уличный бассейн просто супер — чистый и комфортный. При этом цены при отеле абсолютно адекватные и не завышенные. Обязательно приедем сюда еще раз!

было удобно что для детей отдельный бассейн. Сотрудники ресепшна Сардор и Шахризода были очень вежливы и отвечали на все вопросы подробно, подсказали все моменты которые не знала. Кухня очень вкусная и разноьбразная

Un hôtel exceptionnel à Tachkent

Franchement, l’Ichan Qala est un hôtel exceptionnel. Ayant eu la chance de voyager dans près de 70 à 80 pays, je peux dire qu’il fait partie de mon top 3 mondial en termes de rapport qualité-prix.

Pour environ 100 dollars, nous avons eu la très bonne surprise d’être surclassés dans une immense suite Senior. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants, et le niveau de confort était top : très grands espaces, excellente literie, lits pour les enfants, jacuzzi et un cadre magnifique. L’architecture de l’hôtel, avec son style traditionnel, lui donne également beaucoup de charme.

Mais ce qui nous a particulièrement marqués, c’est la qualité du service et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons notamment eu une discussion extrêmement sympathique avec deux sœurs présentes à la réception. Un vrai sens de l’accueil et du service, qui fait vraiment la différence par rapport à plusieurs autres établissements que nous avons fréquentés en Asie centrale.

La piscine est très belle, le petit-déjeuner excellent et on nous a indiqué que la nourriture était entièrement halal, ce qui était très appréciable pour nous.

Cons:

Il est difficile de trouver des points faibles. S’il fallait vraiment suggérer une amélioration, ce serait concernant la télévision et certains équipements dans les chambres : le russe est très présent dans les menus et, pour les clients qui ne le parlent pas et utilisent plutôt l’anglais, l’arabe ou le français, il peut être difficile de naviguer dans les réglages ou de connecter ses propres appareils. Une interface plus internationale serait appréciable ou en tous cas ça nécessite un suivi.

Amazing place to stay as a family, young and dynamic english-speaking staff made our stay comfortable with small kids. Awesome outside pool to enjoy hot afternoons, and lovely musicians playing live music for breakfast with traditional instruments yet modern western tunes from time to time 😉 ou kids loved it, and so did we.
