Отдых в этом отеле оставил только самые приятные впечатления! ❤️
Бассейн всегда был чистым, территория невероятно красивая и ухоженная — есть прекрасный сад.Расположение удобное. Так же есть внутри бассейн .
Мы жили в малом люксе, и номер превзошёл все ожидания — новый, современный, очень чистый и настолько просторный и красивый, что чувствовали себя как в настоящем королевском номере.
Отдельно хочется отметить обслуживание — оно здесь на высшем уровне! Особенно благодарим сотрудника Сардо за доброжелательность и заботу. Благодаря таким людям отдых становится ещё приятнее.
Завтраки вкусные. На территории есть ресторан, а также кафе у бассейна, что очень удобно.
Особенно приятно было получить комплимент от отеля в честь дня рождения — нам подарили тортик. Это было очень неожиданно и трогательно. Спасибо за такое внимание к гостям!
С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и близким!
Все было прекрасно.
Мы отдыхали в этом отеле 4й год подряд. И почему-то в этом году мы столкнулись с тем, что на территории бассейна стала платной зона отдыха со столиками под навесом. Было неприятно, когда нас попросили оплатить за сутки или покинуть зону.
Отличный отель! Нам всё очень понравилось.
Номера очень чистые, ухоженные и уютные, кровати удобные. Территория отеля красивая и зелёная, во дворе есть собственный сад, где приятно проводить время. Завтраки хорошие — вкусные.
Большой бассейн всегда чистый, что особенно приятно в жаркую погоду. Отель оформлен с местным колоритом, благодаря чему можно почувствовать атмосферу страны.
Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — все сотрудники очень вежливые, внимательные и доброжелательные. Настоящие профессионалы своего дела!
В отеле есть собственный ресторан с доступными ценами и вкусной кухней. Расположение также удобное.

Staff is exceptional and very polite
It is located nowhere around any attraction. The quality of hotel is not in correlation with price. Staff was the best part of our trip, made our stay pleasent!
Great food and breakfast! Beautiful buildings/decorations inside the hotel location. Pool is a plus.
Some dirty coffee cups (from someone else) stayed in the corridor in front of our room for 2 days although the cleaning lady came to our room and other rooms on our floor. Breakfast to take away was not great, no spoon for yogurt and dry toast bread...

I liked everything. It's my second stay at this hotel (both times in transit between flights). The hotel is styled as a city from Central Asian legends. It is beautiful, just walking between the big villas full of character is a pleasure.
Their restaurant is superb - every meal is gorgeous. Great variety for breakfast and any time after that.
There is a large pool (two actually, - indoor and outdoor) + a smaller spa pool outdoors. Everything around the pool is super-clean, I could not have enough of it.
My room was spacious, with high stads and large windows that I could open. There was an anti-mosquito mesh on the window too. They room looked very beautiful -great wooden ornamented furniture, awesome large and firm bed, also nicely decorated, great lights - all matching, all in stile, even the curtain rails! And not a speck of dust anywhere
But the main treasure is the people. They are warm and friendly, they know exactly what they are doing, and there is nothing they can't resolve. My Sim card had data only and to get around Tashkent with Yandex Go one needs a local number. Well, no problem. They called me a taxi and then gave me their telegram contact so I could call them from town and ask to book my next ride! They even landed me cash in the right denomination, because I was in a hurry and Yandex did not like my fireign credit card. They also offered me a late check-out, I did not have to ask - they just called me in my room and asked if I need it! And all this with lovely smiles and care.
I'd give my experience at this hotel 6 stars out of 5!🤩

Как всегда, все просто супер! Очень нравится этот отель. Целый музей во дворе. Крытый бассейн под профессионалов сделанный, очень классный.
Был не сколь раз. Всегда один и тот же завтрак. Вроде все есть, голодным не уйдеш. Но без изысков. Все просто.
