Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Hotel très confortable, chambre suite spacieuse avec une climatisation efficace avec un mode silencieux remarquable.
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, nous avons apprécié que le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner soit ouvert dès 6h30 avec déjà tout en place.
Les 2 grandes piscines (intérieur et externe) sont agréables.
Le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable notamment pour appeler des chauffeurs/taxi via l'appli YandexGo (équivalent Uber) qui permet d'avoir des tarifs très intéressants (par exemple 25000 sums pour l'aéroport)

Cons:

Idéalement nous aurions apprécié que la climatisation soit mise dans la chambre car nous sommes arrivés à 20h30 et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, néanmoins nous avons pu rafraichir la chambre avant de nous coucher

コンセントの位置が悪い。掃除の為のもので、宿泊客が使用するためのものではないと感じました。

Surprenant au début, de plus en plus attachant et magnifique
Pros:

La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel . À la réception aussi bien qu’au restaurant, les sourires, l’efficacité, l’empathie. La piscine est vraiment magnifique.

Save your money for a venue that cares
Pros:

Room was fine. Pool was nice. Breakfast was a good spread and lovely live music entertainment.

Cons:

We only staywd for 2 nights.

On check in i was ignored and another guest checked in who arrived afterwards was formally greeted and sorted out while I stood there being ignored.

Got to the room booked for 3, only 2 beds, water and towels. After midnight once this was sorted.

Asked for feedback. Gave them feedback and nothing done or said.

2nd night ordered room service. Was told it would be 20-30 mins. Called after 40 mins and there was no order placed. So placed the order again. Food was delivered way after midnight.

At breakfast food was mislabelled so I ended up eating something I was allergic too. Not serious but not ok.

Unhelpful Staff, Not great value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, suite we booked was good as you would normally expect for what's paid, pool was good. Generally just ok but nothing exceptional, and some photos might be misleading.

Cons:

Arrived to this hotel at 5 am after last minute change due to a scam from another hotel in Tashkent. While i understand the 2pm check-in time i asked for possibility for early check-in or at least any temp place for my little daughter and my wife to catch even few hours of sleep. Front desk staff was very reluctant to help, was more interested in making money out of an unfortunate situation. He offered 4hrs in a room which they couldn't book for AC noise (read Lu's review) for a more expensive price than a night in their junior suite! Then we would still need to pay additional early check-in on top. He then offered us to stay outdoor in the cold with my little girl, after conversation we spent 6 hrs on a sofa along a corridor until security person asked us about the reason we're there. So they even forgot we're there, then the new front desk person just simply said oh sorry you're room has already been ready! We noticed on our check out that they've allowed others early to their rooms. Absolutely unprofessional. Don't think I would be back to it.
