Советую всем посетить этот отель!
Pros:

Понравилось все!!!! Начиная с дворика отеля, фонтана, зоны отдыха и заканчивая номером. Шикарная СПА зона, зона открытого бассейна.
Был предоставлен чудесный завтрак, играла живая музыка. Все сотрудника выше всех похвал. Вызывала массажистку на расслабляющий массаж, пришла с медицинским образованием Саодат. Массаж превосходный. Я чувствовала, как она прорабатывает каждую мышцу моего тела. Была бы такая массажистка в моем городе, я ходила бы к ней однозначно. Если вернусь в Ташкент, обязательно сниму номер в этот отеле.

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut

Lage, Zimmer, Küche, Frühstück einfach wunderbar.

Cons:

An der Rezeption würde ich mir mehr lösungsorientiertes Mitdenken und eine rasche Abwicklung wünschen.
Ich hatte mir eine schwere Beinverletzung zugezogen, die mir das Gehen fast unmöglich machte. Mir wurde ein etwas leichterer Umweg empfohlen. Am nächsten Morgen musste ich feststellen, dass es einen barrierefreien Gang der Bediensteten gab, der eine erhebliche Abkürzung darstellte.
Um ein Taxi zu bekommen (wir hatten kein Bargeld mehr), musste ich die Lösung vorschlagen. Die jungen Herren benahmen sich, als wären sie 20 Jahre jünger und als ginge sie das alles nichts an.

Modernes und komfortables Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern, sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Ichan Qal'a Premium Class Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt ruhig am Rand der Altstadt und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Unsere Suite war aussergewöhnlich grosszügig und das 240x200 cm grosse King-Size-Bett sehr komfortabel. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der schöne Indoor-Pool. Der Aussenpool war während unseres Aufenthalts leider noch geschlossen.

Das Nachtessen im Hotelrestaurant war gut und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr ausgewogen, mit guter Auswahl und angenehmer Qualität.

Ein komfortables Hotel mit grosszügigen Zimmern und guter Lage, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns aufgefallen ist: Die Rezeption wirkt im Verhältnis zur Grösse und Qualität des Hotels eher klein und etwas provisorisch. Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand anwesend, da die zuständige Person offenbar Essen holen ging. Einige Gäste warteten bereits längere Zeit und verliessen schliesslich etwas frustriert das Hotel, ohne ihr gewünschtes Taxi organisieren zu können.

Wir sind sicher, dass sich dieser Eindruck mit einer etwas konstanteren Präsenz an der Rezeption leicht verbessern liesse.

It was very quirky in that it is a series of "villas" which means lots of little outside places to sit.
The staff were very friendly and it was a good experience.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

The property is BEAUTIFUL and the room was super nice. The facilities, such as the pool and sauna, were a great bonus! The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were super kind and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Cons:

The location is quite far from most tourist attractions, and there's over a 20 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Yandex taxis are quite cheap though so it was easy to get around.
