2. Horrible service on check in, no one assists you with directions to the apartment. We got lost a couple of times until we found it.

Service of the cleaning staff was disappointing. They were unfriendly, more importantly, our beds didn't have protecting sheets, the bed sheets we found weren't changed since our day of arrival (Sunday). We also requested help with the gas braai multiple times and we were told someone would come assist but no one showed up. Despite several requests, we still haven't received water bottles. The staff leaves trash and glasses in the room and fails to sweep the mat
