Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location, across from St. Thomas Church , a few minutes walk from the market square. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, benefiting from the quietness of the inner courtyard.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of seating.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the shower and toilet (both separate) open directly into the bedroom; most bizarre and unappealing.

Uns hat das Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage und das Frühstück waren super.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig.

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Clean comfortable room in great location just opposite the Thomaskirche. Good breakfast and staff were all lovely

Cons:

It was very noisy in some of the rooms on the Saturday night as there seemed to be a function on elsewhere in the hotel

Zweckmäßig für den Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr um den Gast bemüht und man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, um fußläufig viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Aber auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. Zum Parken empfehle ich das öffentliche Parkhaus in der Zentralstraße, für 10€ pro 24 Stunden. Das Zimmer ist ok eingerichtet, aber das Waschbecken im Zimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Positiv ist auch, dass die Fenster zu öffnen gingen, zumindest im 3. Stock.

Cons:

Die Minibar stand wohl zur freien Verfügung und soll lt. Empfang auch wieder aufgefüllt werden. Aber beim Bezug (2 Personen) stand in der Minibar 1 Flasche Apfelsaft (0,2 L)! Da habe ich großzügig auf das Nachfüllen verzichtet und eigene Getränke gekauft. Das Frühstück konnte mich nicht voll überzeugen, da das Wurstangebot an den drei Tagen mehr oder weniger gleich war, dass geht auch anders in der Preiskategorie.
