Lage und Hotelausstattung

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, wo weder die Klimaanlage noch der Kühlschrank funktioniert haben und das bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur.
Abhilfe erst nach 2 Tagen durch Zimmerwechsel

Gelungener Aufenthalt in Leipzig
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfasst auch den Service, sich verschiedene Eierspeisen zubereiten zu lassen. Top ist die Bar auf der Dachterrasse im 6. Stock.

Zimmer top. Alles sehr sauber. Betten absolut in Ordnung ( keine weichen durch gelegenen Matratzen). Zimmer hell und modern....

Cons:

Minibar hätten wir gerne mit Alkohol gehabt. Kühlung hätte stärker sein müssen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden 😊

Disappointing stay
Pros:

I recently stayed in this hotel, and being completely honest it was beyond disappointing. We were initially charged extra for accessing our room early, even though the room was ready. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, mainly due to its lack of variety. The safe in our room was not working, and even after contacting reception about the problem, it was never resolved. Lastly, there was a consistent problem with the lifts. For the majority of my stay only one lift was operating properly, which, at times, left multiple people waiting for longer periods.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, nur ein paar Schritte zur Innenstadt oder ein paar Minuten zur Arena für Veranstaltungen. Schönes Zimmer. Hauseigene Tiefgarage sehr eng, wenig Plätze und kann nicht reserviert werden. Hundefreundlich. Wobei Euro 30.00 pro Nacht für den Hund über der Schmerzgrenze liegen, zumal das Zimmer nur auf Wunsch geputzt wird. Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Sauber, nettes Personal, kostenlose Minibar, alkoholfrei Getränke, schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, im Zentrum gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, nettes wohnlich Ambiente

Cons:

Frühstück kannst du etwas ausfälliger sein, als es gab so klassische Standards Sachen wie in einem normalen Hotel Käseplatte Wurstplatte, ein bisschen Obst, ein bisschen Gemüse, ein bisschen Müsli. Aber ansonsten echt schönes gelungenes Hotel. Jederzeit empfehlenswert.
