Decadência do hotel
Pros:

Incrível como o hotel Itatiaia caiu, começando pelo café da manhã, não possui um suco natural, um suco de pó horrível, bolo horrível, tudo bem ruim mesmo. Outra coisa que me desapontou muito foi não possuir limpeza no quarto durante a estadia, prometeram piscina a noite e não era verdade, esvaziavam todas as piscinas no período noturno. Enfim, muito decepcionado, hotel caindo aos pedaços, pilastras das piscinas quebradas e rachadas.

Pros:

Cama péssima, lençóis e toalhas horríveis, o preço da diária deveria ser menos da metade. A diária deveria ser menos da metade do valor cobrado. Não indico.

As piscinas sao boas e o almoço é MARAVILHOSO! Mas o atenidmento é pessimo, demora mil anos para um check-in, os quartos tem cheiro ruim, pouca identificaçao. MELHOREM!!!
