Bom café da manha e boa localização.

Cons:

Ar condicionado apresentando erro várias vezes e acabou desligando na madrugada gerando desconforto pelo calor.

Gostamos e esperamos retornar.

Gostei do espaço interno do quarto e o conforto da anti sala e cozinha acoplada.

Cons:

O fato de não ter ar condicionado no espaço fora do quarto, no fim de semana o clima estava muito quente e o aparelho de ar condicionado molhou o chão do quarto e a parede. Fiz contato com a portaria e avisei o problema. Como era muito tarde, trocar de quarto seria desconfortável, assim desligamos o aparelho de ar e abrimos as janelas.

Café da manhã bom, com variedade. Cama confortável, bons lençóis e toalhas. Tudo muito limpo e deixam duas garrafas de água de cortesia.

Cons:

Poderiam ser mais flexíveis quanto a horários de check in e check out, principalmente com relação ao valor para estender diária. Acima de 4h, quase 300 reais.

Excelente custo benefíco. Volto pelo atendimento e pelo café da manhã
Pros:

Café da manhã excepcional e o atendimento da equipe foi sensacional. Não mediram esforços para atender uma demanda extra que surgiu. Foram muito gentis e atenciosos, mesmo com o hotel lotado.

Cons:

Meu quarto era barulhento pela localização e por estar no 3o andar, de frente para a avenida, que é bem movimentada, mesmo de noite.

Gostei do apartamento de forma geral.

Cons:

Não gostei da dificuldade de acesso a garagem, colo estava sozinha com a minha filha é difícil em momentos de chuva e frio solicitar abertura. Chegamos de madrugada e solicitei abertura me dirigi ao portão e o funcionário da portaria se esqueceu, ficamos por 7min esperando e tive que descer novamente na recepção e levar minha filha no colo para solicitar novamente a abertura do portão.
