Excellent location...right on the front..main square out the back..Pier to the left.
Very good breakfast.
Plenty parking
Grand staircase
Grand ballroom
Our room had a view of the beach and a huge window to the side.
Location was excellent and the staff very pleseant. The breakfast was very good.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The ceiling light was an emergency light and gave a green glow all night. The toilet flush was poor. The arepa and furniture in our room were very warm and looked grubby. The noise from banging doors was disturbing during the night. We luckily only stayed one night!
Always a lovely stay. Great views, comfortable beds, clean and great staff.
Nothing really to dislike, except the key cards which sometimes take several swipes to get into the rooms, or maybe it's just me 😅
Large airy room with huge bath
Close to beach
The mattress needed to be replaced - saggy
The breakfast was lovely
The room was cold had to ask for heater,no extraction in bathroom, dust and cobwebs from ceiling ,outside light shinning through bedroom window, glow in the drak light ceiling on all night and noisy with people outside
Stayed in the princess Catherine room. It was lovely and clean.
Bed was uncomfortable
Convenient to Winter Gardens and sea front. Comfy rooms, excellent breakfast
Nothing
The location is great, eady check in , staff helpful.
Nothing yo be honest.
Right on Sea front. Plenty of parking. Warm welcome from reception. Being Sunday lovely smell from Carvery.
Nice double room overlooking Pier.
Only thing steps down to bathroom. Beware hot water is hot.
All good
Location
Mugs were cracked and dirty..carpet thread bare which spoiled the room
Been there loads it's a lovely hotel
Bed was a little hard
Not bad
Perfect location and free parking. Staff were lovely and welcoming.
Bed was uncomfortable, floor boards were very noisy so people above kept waking us up. And a green light on the ceiling was very annoying when trying to sleep.
The room was very nicely decorated. Good location.
Our room 310 was located above a bar and opposite an extremely noisy club that went on until 2.30am. No way could we sleep. First night we moved rooms however it wasn't available on the second night.
Proximity to centre and cleanliness
Could use newer furnishings
The location was brilliant. Free parking was a bonus. Food was great
The only negative was not really the hotel but had to ask to change room as across the road was a bar which was open till at least 4.30 in the morning and the noice from people outside it was horrendous. They moved me without any fuss
It’s location , the playhouse theatre, shopping, restaurants
