Breakfast was OK,nothing special though. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to all rooms.Car Parking was good.Hotel is close to beach and facilities.
Not enough entertainment.Door keys were a bit of a problem.ie sometimes didn't work.Lift had a bit of a shake at times.Continental breakfast was almost none existent.
Nice big, bright & airy room, housekeeping daily, tea & coffee replaced daily too. Friendly & helpful staff
Lovely place
Hotel was good, room also good size.Location was very good as right in centre by the Grand pier. We paid to enter pier but there was only an amusement arcade at the end so don`t bother.Overall Weston was a typical British seaside resort but a reasonable one.Not much parking space at the hotel but we had a blue card
Too noisy for older people. Ideal for young ones .Pubs around the hotel were full of youngsters and they were in competition to see who could play the loudest music.Even our hotel was the same on the Sunday as it was bank holiday, but quiet on bank holiday Monday as they had gone home ready for work on Tuesday
Friendly staff good location
Very out dated rooms need upgrading with all cracks and damaged ect
Location was spot on.
Bar shut to early for a weekend trip so had to ring a bell to get in.
Location, large room, friendly staff
The hotel and it's grounds were immaculate, the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was on the beach front. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were set out lovely. The views we had were amazing. The whole experience was excepy
Coming home 😢
Great location. Staff friendly and very helpful
Some parts of the hotel was tired.
Breakfast was very good .staff were very pleasant
We were in room 115, and the buzzing sound of generators could behests st all times.A change of room was not available. The noise affected my sleep
Only used the breakfast at breakfast time which was spacy and comfortable.
no problems
Martyna on reception was exceptional, very helpful and professional. The room was spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. Use of a fan in the room made the heat bearable. Superb meal in the restaurant served by a very pleasant waitress (Sandie ).
The awful toiletries, hate dispensers more in common with a basic hostel. Expected better but was the only bug bear .
Nice location and free parking and nice breakfast.
Our room 211 was above 3 noisy bars at the back, no soundproofing. It was on for one night but would not want to stay any longer.
Convenient for access to all amenities. Easy to get to. Easy to get around and a good old fashioned feel to it.
Lack of milk in the room, when husband asked for some, he was told he could only have a couple, which wasn’t great. The rooms were also stifling in this heatwave, the fan was rubbish.
The location and all the staff
The bathroom.shoeet screen was quite poor.
And the bsthroom.floor seemed a little dirty
Everything was really good, all the food was excellent and our rooms were large with lovely large bathrooms, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel right by the sea front and close to everything from the pier to shops, we had a really lovely stay.
Just a couple of very minor things, would have been helpful to have a couple of coat hooks and a full length mirror in the rooms.
Plenty of food and hot
Nothing
