Pros:

The destination

Cons:

The One staff member was rude

The room was way too hot

And was basically told to suck it up the heat and doesn't go off till 8

The bed was horrible all we could feel was the springs

The One pillow case was not clean

The carpet was very worn

The bed, the mattress, was well past its use by date. Reported it to the receptionist who was understanding and apologetic and said she would report it to maintenance.

The hotel is very dated run down. The room was very run down and the carpet was dirty and in badly need for replacing. The room was extremely hot and stuffy.

Unreasonably noise impact. I wouldn’t stay again based on the noise.
Pros:

Property is a good location to the seafront but rooms we were allocated were to rear of the property which overlooks the noisy nightlife of Weston.

Cons:

There are clubs and bars that create noise until 2:30am which we are unaware of when booking and at check in.
Windows are not sound proofed, curtains / blinds are not light resistance and as a result it wasn’t a restful night 😟

Pros:

For the age of the building it was clean and tidy

Cons:

The mattress was well past its sell by date, we were lying on bare springs ,not good for the stay both ended up with bad backs.friends staying t hotel said same. Shame as it spoilt the stay, when complained were told only that they would tell maintenance !!!! Not really good enough

Not for me personally
Pros:

Location great with ample parking at no extra cost.
Excellent that bar and restaurant are also part of it.
Staff were lovely
Has lifts to floors which is an added bonus
Good selection in room of tea coffee and buscuits

Cons:

Stay away from room 115.
Extreme resinating noise from extraction ducts which are on the outside wall causing extreme noise and vibration.
I was lucky upon complaining there was one room available otherwise i would have to have left.
The baths in both rooms tho were not in good condition either . Shower over them were fine tho
In both rooms dissapointed to not find pillow protectors on any pillows either.
Not sure what had gone on in the second room walls in sections and terrible stain on carpet.
The housekeeper also let herself into room at 8.10am which was quite a wake up call . Very unexpected and unusual

just what was needed would stay again

made a nice change from the boring premier inns

Cons:

very difficult to operate the tap for the shower, very stiff. Needs changing!! Slippery bath, Be Careful!!
