The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff were polite and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of parking.
Every thing was fine.
Great position. Large room with tea facilities.
Steps down to bathroom meant had to leave bathroom light on overnight to prevent a fall, interfered with sleep. Bed could be comfier, no extra blanket in room, turned heating up.
Central location
Very tired accommodation, dirty, didn't look like the room had been vacuumed, chipped paintwork, chipped pucture frames and torn curtain linnings.
The floorboards squeaked when you walked on them and the flooring ran away towards the bathroom, if you put something towards the front of the bedside cabinet it rolled to the wall.
The headboard was fabric and stained it needed a clean. Signs of water ingress and peeling paper on the ceiling.
Enjoyed our stay here, very spacious room, room and bathroom nice and clean, bed very comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee, location was great for us as we were attending an event on the pier. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again.
All of it was good 😊
Staff were friendly and helpful
My double bed was faulty and the shield on the bath to have a shower was not good enough the bathroom was flooded after a shower
Liked the comfy beds
The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size, it was a good location for the event we were attending that evening.
Our room had an over bright green emergancy power light overhead which was on throughout the night and bathed the room in a horrible green glow so we didn't sleep very well. This was reported to reception in the morning who were very apologetic and said they would look into it (room 107).
Our room was at the front of the hotel so unfortunately we experienced a lot of noise from the bars in the area, the windows were poor quality and did nothing to block the sound.
Location was great
Tired
Beds uncomfortable
Shower didn’t work
Tv didn’t work
The destination
The One staff member was rude
The room was way too hot
And was basically told to suck it up the heat and doesn't go off till 8
The bed was horrible all we could feel was the springs
The One pillow case was not clean
The carpet was very worn
The staff and the amenities, good food
The bed, the mattress, was well past its use by date. Reported it to the receptionist who was understanding and apologetic and said she would report it to maintenance.
The staff were friendly
The hotel is very dated run down. The room was very run down and the carpet was dirty and in badly need for replacing. The room was extremely hot and stuffy.
Property is a good location to the seafront but rooms we were allocated were to rear of the property which overlooks the noisy nightlife of Weston.
There are clubs and bars that create noise until 2:30am which we are unaware of when booking and at check in.
Windows are not sound proofed, curtains / blinds are not light resistance and as a result it wasn’t a restful night 😟
