Good and Bad
Pros:

Close proximity to beach and shops. The size of room was sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children.

Cons:

Noisy at night from karaoke at the bar across the road. Didn't become quiet until past 3 in the morning. Kids couldn't sleep. Still awaiting the refund we were told we were getting as the door handle broke and we couldn't leave our things in an insecure room. Waiting for another room was eating into our itinerary and we had an engagement in another city that we needed to leave for.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location central to everything. Room was spacious, clean and great facilities.staff was very welcoming and friendly. I noticed the hotel had excellent mobility friendly facilities. A lift ramps etc.

Royal Hotel excellent
Pros:

The staff were excellent, very helpful and kind. We were close to the beach ⛱️ . The rooms are a bit outdated and a grab rail for the shower would have been nice. But everything was clean and more than adequate for our stay. Breakfast choices was fantastic.
Would definitely book here again..

Pros:

I don’t normally do reviews but I am this right as I thought this hotel was really good . The staff were very friendly and helpful and always a ‘good morning’ , ‘did you have a good day’ type interactions

Cons:

Couple of minor things .TV did not work well but wasn’t there to watch tv . Felt the breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was compared to other venues but again not a biggie

Veey dated room. Mould around the bath. Bed was so u comfortablle, you could feel lumps and bumps in the mattress!!!

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

Cons:

The room overlooked bars and restaurants and is EXTREMELY noisy making sleep nearly impossible. We had two children who really struggled to sleep. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Two of our party had bed bugs too.The room looked tired and needed updating. We wont be back.

LOVELY HOTEL
Pros:

The location is great, just a short stroll to the town centre, seafront, and other attractions. Our room was fabulous, and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely Hotel.

PLEASE STAY THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING
Pros:

Perfect location; probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in and we stay in Weston every year
The staff were beyond exceptional
Shout out to the lady who said she was a Christian? And hadn’t been there long? She was absolutely perfect and went above and beyond for everyone

Cons:

The pillows. Honestly the bed was fine but the pillows felt non existent, maybe need new ones ?
