Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima, y los desayunos están muy bien, además el personal te atiende de forma excelente. Hay una terraza en la planta más alta que tiene unas vistas espectaculares de la 6th Av. Muy cerca del Empire States, Madison Square Garden y Times Square. No hay ruidos molestos, la limpieza es muy buena, las camas muy agradables... Un alojamiento genial para pasar unos días en Manhattan.

It does not get any better for the price!
Pros:

We had exceptional experience in the hotel, everything was absolutely fantastic: location, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast was good and the staff is keeping the breakfast area clean and neat. We genuinely felt like the people there do care about the client. They kept our suitcases while we took a stroll after checkout. Definitely this place deserves all the good ratings they have on all platforms!

Cons:

This is super minor, but I wish I can control the AC speed. The room was cold which is good but it gets quite windy.

Not much the room was not as described

Cons:

Kevin the GM is a scam artist whose main goal is to deceive the customers. Vinitria the operations manager thinks when customers have been lied to she can talk to people however she wants because she has power over them. Much like Kevin actually it’s a chain of command thing I guess

Their facilities do not work:
Air conditioners blow hot air
Washing machines do not work

Cleaning staff do not clean the room in fact they leave the trash on the kitchen table I guess for me to clean up.

When I asked after all this to just leave and get a refund as I didn’t want to charge back or leave a bad review my words were twisted against me for saying the staff are friendly and try to help. The 2 “managers” think they can abuse their power and tell you u “talking over them and they will end the conversation” they think they know better then you.

These 2 “managers” I hope they enjoy their sad jobs being in the business of hospitality they have no idea how to be hospitable and I have lodged a complaint against both of them to Hyatt they should know the kinds of people they have working there.

Buyer beware. Book at own risk.

Very Good
Pros:

I only stayed for one day, but it was a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and the AC was great, especially during New York’s heat wave. The location is just perfect, and I also really enjoyed having access to the kitchen. Even though I arrived late, I still had the chance to cook something and feel at home.

It was a great experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again for a longer visit!
