Great place in the heart of Manhattan
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of Manhattan. Easy subway access and grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and bakeries within walking distance. The rooms were very clean. Always helpful and friendly staff, particularly in the breakfast room. The breakfast was one of the best ones I had in American hotels: bread/pastries, sweet spreads, warm items, milk/yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit.
The hotel has a rooftop with great views over the city. We liked in particular the option of booking rooms with a full kitchen.

Cons:

Long waiting times in front of the elevators were a bit annoying. It took usually a long time to get up and down

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Nice room, comfortable bed. Lovely staff who always said hello when they saw me. The breakfast was lovely. Great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The location is comfortable expecially because close to the subway.

Cons:

The room is too noisy, not only for the sound which was coming from the external but also for the internal furniture like the fridge. The sofa which was available as a third bed was uncomfortable also because broken!!

Pros:

Great location. Good bed.

Cons:

In desperate need of an update. I had to turn fridge off. Old and noisy. Carpets smelly. The worst however was the lack of sound insulation. The next door guest snoring kept me up all night.

Buena localización, personal amable, habitación limpia, desayuno correcto.
Familia de España con dos hijas, 12 y 14, estuvimos en habitación con dos camas grandes y estuvimos cómodos.

Great location and facilities for a long stay
Pros:

Great location. Our studio had a wonderful view of the Empire State Building. The King Studio was large and comfortable.

Cons:

Having just two lifts in a hotel with 32 floors is not ideal, especially since one of them wasn't working on a couple of days.

Très bon hôtel pour séjourner quelques jours au centre de New York
