Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione eccellente. Rimane centrale ma non troppo rumorosa. Lo staff é meraviglioso noi abbiamo parlato spesso con Kai e Sasha e sono state sempre super gentili e accoglienti. La palestra all’ultimo piano da paura, con una vista meravigliosa

O café da manhã tinha opções variadas e que nos atendeu tranquilamente (iogurte, frutas, cereais, panquecas, ovo, hashbrows, linguiças, bolos, pães, torradeira, café, chá, água, suco). Quarto pequeno, mas padrão dos hoteis da região. Banheiro grande, chuveiro muito bom e com boa pressão. Muitas comodidades no quarto (microondas, frigobar, cafeteira). Vista boa, mas nada espetacular. O terraço possui excelente vista do Empire, além de academia razoável. Equipe prestativa, elevadores rápidos, mercadinho com muitas opções de bebidas. Boa localização, com fast food, farmácias, metrôs e outros estabelecimentos comerciais próximos.

Für das Personal im Frühstücksraum würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen für die Suite leider nicht.
Pros:

Das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich – besonders Ivonne hat mit ihrer offenen, herzlichen und professionellen Art den Tag immer positiv beginnen lassen. Ihr freundliches Lächeln, ihre Aufmerksamkeit und der liebevolle Umgang mit den Gästen sind uns besonders in Erinnerung geblieben.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – zentral, ruhig und vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Unsere Suite in der oberen Etage bot einen tollen Ausblick über die Umgebung, was den Aufenthalt aufgewertet hat.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig – Teppichboden und Sofa machten einen abgenutzten Eindruck, außerdem war es stellenweise staubig (z. B. im Bereich zwischen Sofa und Fenster).
Das Frühstück war sehr einseitig – es fehlten klassische Optionen wie Wurst oder Käse, und die Auswahl wechselte kaum.
Nach einem Regenschauer stellte sich heraus, dass die Fenster nicht dicht waren, sodass es ins Zimmer geregnet hat.
Beim Zimmerwechsel (wegen des Wasserschadens) wurden Kleidungsstücke von uns vergessen, die zwar später gefunden wurden, uns aber leider nicht zurückgegeben wurden.

On our next trip to New York, we will definitely be staying here again
Pros:

Location is why I booked but once we got to the hotel, the staff went above our expectations. I always heard how rude New Yorkers can be but no one at this hotel was rude but just the opposite. They were amazing. Kevin, the GM even walked my family to the subway entrance because he knew it was our first time riding the subway!

Comfy and staff were super helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast. but I knew based on other reviews what to expect. If you are staying here for the breakfast, you are doing yourself a disservice when there is such good food in the city. The bagel place right below the hotel is exceptional.

This breakfast is not good but if you want something to tie you over till a later meal, then by all means visit it, but be prepared for an unsatisfying experience.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location is good.

Cons:

Rooms are super small. A lot smaller than the photos on the booking site. I am claustrophobic and asked for a bigger room and they ask me to pay to upgrade. Bathroom is old; old fixtures, toilet etc. you have to wait for 10’min in the morning to get the elevator down. 2 elevators are totally insufficient for that building.
