Pros:

Excellent front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

Cons:

The room was clean and well-appointed, but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I was unable to sleep for the week I was there. Very frustrating.

Parfait !
Pros:

Le rooftop est vraiment le gros "plus" de cet hébergement. La vue est incroyable et, contrairement à ce que l'on pensait, on y était quasiment toujours seuls. Idéal donc pour prendre un verre ou manger avec une vue bien meilleure que ce que propose la plupart des restaurants et à moindre coût.
Le petit-déjeuner, différent chaque jour, propose des produits frais et variés. C'est top !
La localisation est aussi excellente et permet de profiter de la ville à pied ou de rejoindre très facilement toutes les lignes de métro.

Su personal pésimo…… la recepcionista del último día que estuve allí pésimo y los desayunos lo cierran muy temprano, pagué los desayunos para 4 personas por 2 días y no lo tomé ninguno….. pero si el último día a las 112 pm me insultaron para que salga en ese momento

Excelente hotel en la zona de Chelsea
Pros:

Excelente ubicación e increíbles vistas. Limpio y nuevo, nuestra habitación quàdruple con cocina era muy grande.

Probably won't stay again
Pros:

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the best managed hotels I stayed at. There is laundry in the basement and breakfast included.

Cons:

The facility is a bit outdated, and you have to use the key to get to every other floor except the lobby, and there is no rest room in the lobby. Laundry is a total of 10 dollars all in coins!!

Foi excelente, porque a qualidade do quarto é o que faz diferença na minha opinião.
Pros:

Vista maravilhosa e quarto espaçoso, confortável e silencioso (a suíte com minicozinha).
Toalhas muito limpas, diariamente trocadas (de rotina).
Minimercado no hall facilita muito!
Funcionários da recepção gentis.

Cons:

Pontos de melhora: cortina de plástico no banheiro ao invés de box acaba deixando muita água no chão após o banho.
Ruído do ar condicionado incomoda.
Café da manhã muito bom, porém em um ambiente pequeno para o número de hóspedes. A reposição de talheres limpos e de café precisa melhorar. É preciso se organizar para os horários de menor pico.
