Expected a better facility but the front desk staff made it enjoyable.

The location is great. Front desk staff was nice. Roof top is nice but very old.

Underwhelming and frustrating to say the least

The parking and valet was terrible they took extremely long to retrieve my vehicle the room was so hot we didn’t even want to be in there when bringing it to the staffs attention they were very dismissive our Rr door would not close another issue dismissed accommodations said breakfast included that’s a lie it was a separate room charge for the amount of money spent I should have had a comfortable experience very dissatisfied
