Heerlijk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel op een centrale locatie dicht bij strand en centrum.
Pros:

Het hotel heeft zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In de eetzaal is er voor iedereen tijd voor een praatje en een grap en de mensen zijn zeer geinteresseerd in hun klanten. De locatie is perfect. Je loopt in een paar 100 meter het strand op en als je de hoek om gaat loop je door een gezellige straat zo naar de Viale Dante. Er zijn veel gezellige restaurantjes en cafeetjes in de buurt.

Cons:

Wij hadden de kamer direct naast de lift en dat is erg gehorig. Ondanks dat wordt aangegeven dat de lift tussen bepaalde tijden (laat in de avond en vroeg in de ochtend) niet gebruikt mag worden, gebeurt dat af en toe toch.

Wir kommen wieder die drei Brüder GS Leitung verstehen was Dienstleistung bedeutet.
Pros:

Das Hotel erfüllt alle Wünsche was eigentlich nur ab 4 Sterne üblich ist . Der Empfang war sehr herzlich wir konnten bereits um 10`30 das saubere Zimmer beziehen auf der Rückseite vom Hotel absolute Ruhe große XXL Terrasse das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Frühstück es ist alles und für jeden da , das Nachtessen wird am Morgen mit Menükarte ausgesucht es schmeckt nach handgemachter Italienischer Küche PERFEKT ! hier verhungert niemand es wird immer nachgereicht.
Erwähnt sei noch Daniele im Service er ist mit Leib & Seele der Chef im Speiseraum .

Codziennie sprzątanie, wymiana ręczników. Bardzo smaczne różnorodne dania.Miły, życzliwy personel, latające bez przerwy żeby coś podać, pomóc. Kelnerzy - to osobne 10 gwiazdek zasługują 🤩🤩🤩. No i blisko do plaży, dosłownie 4 minutki

Hallo Urlauber

Wir sind 5 Wochen auf Reise durch Italien und hier haben wir das beste Frühstück bekommen, sehr gutes 5 Gänge Menu zum Abendessen gegessen und sauberes Zimmer genießen können .
Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sympathisch.

Ich denke , dass sagt alles.

Dieses kleine familiäre Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Pros:

As a standard procedure when choosing accommodation, in addition to other important features for us (cleanliness ratings, location, parking space etc), we continued to read guest reviews. The comments were too good to be true!
But, from our experience of the five-day stay at Hotel Carmen, we can share that it is even better than what is written. Shortly, the kindness of the staff who try in every way to make your stay more pleasant, the food which is delicious and served with a lot of taste and love, and of course, the cleanliness and location of the hotel. As experienced travelers, we highly recommend this hotel and we are really grateful that we took our love's advice to choose the half-board option.
That pleasant feeling like you're in a good restaurant with a great variety of food (your choice from the offered list of dishes): from salad, starter, first plate, second plate and dessert/fruit. We can also mention about the fair relationship regarding the drinks and the salads offered as a choice for the daily menu.

Pros:

El personal muy bueno y profesional, sobre todo los camareros del desayuno y buena limpieza en general.
Descansar fue complicado porque se escucha mucho ruido tanto de dia como de noche, supongo que sera porque arriba teniamos el comedor y abajo a los lados cuartos de mantenimiento, pero era horrible todo el rato arrastrando sillas o cosas asi.
El aparcamiento es al aire libre, todo el dia dandole el sol al coche, eso si piden 13€ por el. Podian especificar el la web que es al aire libre porque reservanos el hotel por el parking, para aparcar al aire libre tenia otras opciones de parking gratis.
