A weekend made perfect by staying at Orchard Lodge.
Pros:

From the very first meeting of the hosts we knew it was a gem of a place. It was! Cleanliness is very important to us and it was amazingly clean. The breakfast was really super and the general feeling of the place was so relaxing and comfortable, can’t wait to go back.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to leave!

Lovely hosts, very friendly and kind. We would definately stay there again.

That it was individual, personalised.
The full English breakfast was lovely and filling.

Cons:

I think the shower should have a non slip mat for those that are frail or unsteady on their feet.

Great place to stay and easy distance for local visiting such as Filey and Scarborough
Pros:

Outstanding room, very spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was second to none and all ingredients either home made or locally sourced.
All staff very friendly and curteous, great atmosphere.

Cons:

Although a little bit expensive, it was worth it as a treat for one night.

Pros:

The owners greeted us and made us feel so welcome . We sat and had tea and cake and a lovely chat , we thought that was such a lovely way to welcome your guests. Everything was immaculate, the breakfast was amazing. A wonderful place to stay.

Orchard Lodge is a great find
Pros:

This is a real find!! The Hotel, the hosts, the food and the service are all superb!!
Andrew and Lucinda went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful break.
Our room was spacious, comfortable and very well kitted out with everything we needed. The breakfasts and the young lady who served us on one of the days were brilliant
