Pros:

The room is very comfortable and the beds are the best we’ve experienced during our trip, the mountain view is amazing and the bus stop to the airport is right outside

Comfortable, but rooms need updating.
Pros:

Nice and close to airport for our early morning flight.

Cons:

Carpets were not vacuumed well. Room was tired, needing a good refurbishment, especially the walls, big marks on them. Not worth $350 for one night, and being a bit run down.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful, staff. Great location close to airport with supermarket, restaurants, cinema within walking distance and public transport across the road. Warm, comfy, clean rooms with own washer and drier. Great kitchenette with all you need to get by. Franks Cafe attached is a great asset. Food was delicious and well priced. Was lucky enough to be here for snow, so view from the room was amazing!

Cons:

As the sticker on the drier states "it can be noisy"...it was, so if you use it, do so when you are away from the room! Also, would be great to have a sheltered area or two so you can sit outside and admire the views on dry seats.

Comfortable stay near the airport.
Pros:

Spacious room and good facilities. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Friendly staff at reception. Not too far from the airport and shopping centre. Great value.

Great spacious room with a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. Excellent location if wanting to be out the Remarkables or Frankton end of Queenstown.

Cons:

They only have one armchair. They need to have two in the room and they have the room to put one.

The 1 bedroom apartment is nothing like the photos on booking.com.
Pros:

Not much to like about this motel

Cons:

The advertised room is not what we received. The shower spout came off the wall when turned on. Mould in the shower. The dryer door came off. Carpets grubby. There is only 2small chairs facing each other in a small sitting room. Only 5 tv channels available which includes a cartoon channel and a religion channel.
