The front desk staff were quite unhelpful and the kitchenette was pathetic with even basic pans and crockery unavailable

it is a basic large hotel, convenient but lacking character.

Met with the most disgusting bedroom. Dirty walls with spilled liquids on them, tissues under the sofa. Black mould all throughout the showers! We refused to stay once we viewed the room, spoke to the hotel manager who said he was happy to refund to booking.com, yet booking.com tells us they were unable to reach an agreement and have given us a "76.00 token of appreciation” which is disgusting. We will fight for our refund due to these circumstances. We are not happy with either Ramada or booking.com!
We were left scrambling for a hotel at 7pm at night and went over to the holiday inn which was very clean without any mould in sight!!! Do not recommend the Ramada!

Good location. Spacious. Nice to have washer and dryer.
Cord to kettle didn’t reach outlet - had to place unit on top of toaster to plug in. Snot wiped on wall in bedroom could be cleaned. Maybe spend some time on details!
The Ramada Suites are right by Queenstown airport on the outskirts of Queenstown about 5 miles or 15 minutes out, with hotel parking in the hotel basement.The suite was a good size with small kitchen area and bathroom including washer and drier perfect for catching up on washing . Although right by the airport there was no noise from here as might be expected given the close proximity.There are plenty of shops and outlets in this area and it is easy to access Arrowtown from here and numerous vineyards on the Arrowtown Road.If you are looking to be in the centre of town this is not for you

Waschmaschine und Trockner auf dem Zimmer, bequeme Betten, ruhige Umgebung und direkt am Flughafen. Würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten!
Die Luft im Zimmer fühlte sich abgestanden an. Man konnte das Zimmer leider über kein Fenster lüften.
Der Trockner hat im Bad ganz schön alten Staub aufgewirbelt :-) war aber nicht schlimm
Our two bedroom apartment was absolutely amazing. Both bedrooms were a good size and there was an extra large double bed in each. We had a well-equipped kitchen and large lounge/dining area. The bathroom was also very large with a washing machine and dryer as well. Our apartment had a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. It took us approx. 15 minutes to drive into Queenstown and we were able to park our hire car in their carpark. This was an excellent apartment in a good location, and great value for money.
The only thing we didn't like was that we only stayed here one night!
Coffee good in cafe/eats venue. Staff attitude leaves much to be desired.
Hotel looking very tired, area around entry has visible trip hazard and is dirty.
