Basic, affordable accommodation. Reception during staffed hours were pleasant and very helpful.
Peak hour traffic, the noise of dryers going late at night, lack of help from after hours reception.
The room was sunny and spacious, very clean. The kitchen had most things that we wanted. The balcony was a lovely spot to watch the planes coming and going. Its close to the airport
couch was scruffy, the bathroom had built up black grime base of the door & flaky paint, no bedside light and one bulb was flashing. Check in was 1 hour later than agreed, no apology. Missing art on walls.

The location is great and having a washing machine & dryer was handy.
Thought it was pretty tired, carpets are yuk, air conditioner was noisy and the lack of opening windows wasn't great.

The jug cord was too short? The girl at reception was a little hard to understand and the bathroom had a strange smell
We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada Queenstown Central. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located, making it a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding area.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the welcoming service.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown. We would definitely stay here again!
Carparking, room size
Windows streamed with condensation and window joinery was mouldy . I don't think staff check behind the curtains. Carpets need cleaning as white socks became dirty when in room without shoes on. Grrrr

The heater wasn't working. There was a flickering staircase light. The photos of the room were misleading, as I booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and there was only 1 bed.
