シャワーが痛い…
Pros:

安くて、富士山駅や富士急ハイランドに近いところ。

Cons:

シャワーヘッドの穴が小さすぎて、出てくる水の水圧が高く、水の当たったところが痛い。
シャワーヘッドを交換してほしい。

An incredible place to stay!
Pros:

Pros:

Convenient location just down the hill from the station, the beds were cozy and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was lovely - we really enjoyed it! The staff were wonderful and helped us with our luggage delivery, thank you again!

Cons:

We stayed in a quadruple room and it was quite small and tight, there isn't much space for your bags. The shower room was very cold.

Great location and amazing breakfast
Pros:

Great breakfast, great location and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s a free shuttle that takes guests to the Kawaguchiko Station or Fuji Q Highland. It was just in front of the Mt Fuji Station, so very convenient.

Cons:

The shower head had a bad angle that would get the bathroom wet outside of the bathtub, so a bit annoying.

Pros:

本次入住全新的家庭房，是上下床舖的房型，房間位於一樓，洗衣房就在旁邊洗衣服非常方便，床鋪很大很舒服，就是房間小了點，如果不是上開式行李箱會有點困擾，只能在門的後面攤開(門就無法打開)，除了這點其他都很不錯，飯店有附早餐非常棒，早餐CP值很高，咖哩飯很好吃，飯店門口看的到富士山，有免費停車場約20個車位
