Pros:

Staff were helpful for check in and parking. The room was ok but the bathroom had dirty corners, no ventilation and meldew smell.
The room overlook a courtyard where windows are not insulated so any footsteps will be heard.
Room in general was fine and got essentials.
AC unit stopped in the middle of the night (they were not on timer) and room got warm and woke up to start the AC again

Close from everything and I always stay in this hotel because all staff are friendly and helpful even the general manager Mr Bahadir he’s always take any issue and resolve it and I don’t forget Mr Noha he’s very nice and friendly too

Cons:

Nothing was everything for me perfect stay in this hotel I suggest for everybody to stay in this hotel

Pros:

Good location, but it’s located down a hill if you want to go to the main area (Taksim) which made it a bit tough for us with a a baby in a stroller. The room was big, and relatively quiet. Overall a good stay.

Pros:

Good Hotel for short summer vacations.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff (most of all Miss Hülya).
Closeness to Taksim area (500m).
No loud noises (calm atmosphere).

Cons:

Internet speed very poor.
Bathroom needs more attention (new paint).
Hotel is on a hill, can be slippery in winter.
No open buffet (almost same items everyday, sometimes without any kind of meat).
