El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos caminando de la Basílica de Santa Sofía y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno está incluido, no es muy exquisito pero cumple con lo esperado
Staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food served here is delicious, great choice and excellent quality. Staff went above and beyond, could not do enough for us. Had the best time ever here, was sad to leave. Will definitely return and certainly recommend.
I Am totally disappointed and devastated with the situation in which my wife and I found ourselves upon arrival at the booked hotel Grand Nagi in Istanbul. We made a reservation and paid in full for a room for two people at the Grand Nagi Hotel in Istanbul. After a long journey we arrived at the Hotel, we were met at the reception by an employee who asked for our passports and after checking our passports and our booking, told us that our room was not available and that he had to transfer us to another hotel. We were not enthusiastic about that idea, but considering that we were exhausted from traveling and had no accommodation, the only option was to accept the offer. An employee of the Grand Nagi hotele took us to another hotel, a building without any signs that it was a hotel, and told us that it was our accommodation. We were left in shock, a place that has no indication that it is a hotel, the room we were brought to was so small that you couldn't turn around in it, the bed was only one step away from the toilet, which didn't even have a door that could be closed normally . We were given a key to the room and the key to the entrance door to the building, and we were instructed that when we leave the hotel, we must lock the door, also that the only way to enter is to unlock the hotel door ourselves. The accommodation did not seem safe to stay in and at the end of the day it was not the accommodation we booked. We picked up our suitcases and were forced to book another accommodation in another Hotel which we hardly found. It is shameful that we found ourselves in such a situation, we even returned to the Grand Nagi Hotel and tried to explain that we cannot stay in that other Hotel and that we want a room in the hotel we originally paid for. They couldn't help us, and that's why I'm asking for my money back because I didn't get a room in the hotel I booked because it wasn't available.I don't want to hear back from you that you are sorry, l booked the hotel through Stayforlong in September and we still waiting from them to gett our refund,
Stayforlongsell us the room which the hotel didn't have.
AVOID THIS HOTEL AND STAYFORLONG
I had a very bad experience at this hotel. For the price I paid, which I personally found expensive, I expected much better. The only time I saw water was the size of a thumbprint when I arrived; otherwise, guests are expected to sort out water themselves.
Additionally, the bed was absolutely covered in hair—so much that I had to go down and complain. The receptionist came up and explained it was from the cleaning staff, which is unacceptable.
I was also promised breakfast delivered to my room as I was recovering from surgery. However, I didn’t receive breakfast even once during my stay.
This hotel is absolutely trash. Avoid it
Really small space on the room
Her şey güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim
Resimlerde odada banyo bulunmasına rağmen, banyosuz oda verildi. Odanın dışında banyo kulllanım imkanı vardı. Bu kabul edilemez.
Tutto ok
Booked a single room with city view. Was put into a basement room with no window on arrival. Key card wasn't' working and manual key was so awkward James Bond would have struggled to get into the room. Safe in the room was also out of action. Hotel looks nothing like the photos on website. Massively disappointing.
Nice, but a bit worn, hotel with a great location. Only a few minutes walk from many historic attractions. Friendly staff.
AVOID THIS HOTEL. The stuffing who was working here almost ruined my holiday and my whole experience with turkey! Where should I start?, everything started with me looking for a taxi at 3am in the airport, they told me they have transportation so I asked for it, I never say yes or not since I was in rush in my airport, but I never said either I wanted “round trip” transportation! They wanted to charge me 110€ for nothing!, me and my friend got late so we were waiting for that taxi, it took long time so my friend took another taxi who charged us 30€ till the hotel… haha, when I got there they told me I needed to pay 110€ for the transportation, so I said I didn’t take the taxi so I won’t pay for a service I didn’t take! That person who was in the desk didn’t speak English or anything but via translator said bad words towards me. Next day I talked with the other guy I was talking about the transportation and I explained everything! He insulted me because I didn’t want to accept their scam, plus told me they wouldn’t clean my room in all those days I was gonna stay! WHEN I PAID FOR ALL THE SERVICE!!!! And if change the hotel they wouldn’t return any money. Then when I came to my “room” it was and a basement haha… when in the booking says “with city view”, it was in the floor “-1”, the smell was disgusting, the tv and phone didn’t work either!, plus the noise woke up in the morning because you can LISTEN EVERYTHING from your room! PLS PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THIS HOTEL HAS!!!!! I didn’t and I had the worst experience ever in my life with hotels, I was afraid for my safety!!!!! Those guys were terrible, service, and place horrible!
excellent hotel with delicious breakfast. Extremely clean rooms.super location , close to everything . helpful and kind staff. especially Mr. Orhan. perfect service. ..Highly recommended .looking forward to come again . Thanks for your attention Mr Orhan
Choosing this hotel was a great mistake for me. We thought that being close to the center was all we should look for in a hotel.
This hotel was dirty, it was not maintained properly and it offer the bare minimum as breakfast. I advice strongly against staying in this hotel.
I booked two double rooms withbalconies months ago. I was meeting up with my son from China so it was a special occasion. On arrival , apart from the rooms being very small there were, I was told no balconies. The manager, a dour man, said - " no balconies because of earthquake" ?? I said you confirmed two rooms with balconies. I said from the outside of the hotel I can see two rooms high up with balconies. He again insisted no rooms with balconies. I said to him you are still advertising on booking.com rooms with balconies. He argued and said we are not. I said you are. I have just looked at booking.com. He said you wanted two rooms on the same floor, you have them. I said that's fine but we have no balconies !! So reluctantly after I waited 30 mins while he chattered to other staff at reception, he offered a differet room on the 4th floor - bigger, no balcony. My son took it. The hotel is filthy in terms of bathrooms. Toilet seats are falling away, shower screens havent been cleaned in a long time, dust over phones, paint missing, parts of floor missing. Windows are filthy. Group and tiles missing and just disguting to takea shower. "Make up room" consists of a lovely bed and new lovely towels. My son suffered from severe gastrointestional bacterial infection in his room which he didnt like because it was ot the room we had paid for and there was no balcony . I informed reception of this. I have 50 photos of filth of the hotel. So Grand Naki also tell lies about people liking their rooms. They had our money for 6 months for two rooms with balconies. We got neither. They tell lies and they still advertise rooms with balconies. So yu will get no sympathy for severe foodpoisoning and their low blow is to threaten to show pictures of diarrhoea. That is the kind of hotel management you are dealing with. Avoid.
I recently stayed at a supposed 4-star hotel that included breakfast, and my experience was far from satisfactory. The breakfast options were severely lacking, with constant stale bread and the bare minimum of choices available. We usually skipped the chips or wedges or eggs on offer.
The reception staff were also disappointing. One particularly fatter than others, yet sassy and unhelpful staff member constantly promised to resolve issues but never followed through, forcing us to chase him up repeatedly. The rooms were incredibly cramped for two people, and as a group of six, we felt discriminated against by other guests and the staff. We were assigned rooms with poor hygiene on the lower floors, which lacked both views and cleanliness.air cons did NOT work during 35 degrees stay. Also to add the bathrooms have no locks on the doors! WTH!
One staff member thinking we were idiots, even tried to persuade us to book excursions through him at triple the cost, which was incredibly off-putting.
The only redeeming feature of this hotel was its proximity to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and local restaurants. However, the cost was still high for Turkey and we were disappointed that we couldn't do as much as we had planned. Prices have definitely skyrocketed compared to a year ago. This place is no longer a good holiday option for teenagers or young adult males. A short stay of 2-3 days is sufficient for Istanbul, but I would not recommend this hotel for a staying visit.
I went there with my family for a week meant to be our holidays, well once we got there the pictures are TOTALLY different from reality was really disappointing we had been waiting for 5 hours for check in then he showed us the room ive booked, each room was worse than one before!!!! Showers were mouldy!!!
I booked 2 double room with balcony and one triple room reception wanted to give me one standard room one double with balcony and one attic!!!! Which we had to go 1 floor with stairs !!!
It was soooo disappointing! At the end reception offered me a free cancellation! I said let me see if I can find any other hotel to stay finally I found another hotel around I had to spend 500£ more! And he said 100% Im gonna get my refund in 30 minutes after 6 days we were there they just refunded 5 nights which I booked 7 nights! They didn’t refund 320£ for 2 nights!
It was a horrible experience!
All the staff were so rude and unhelpful!
NOT RECOMMENDED!
The worst place I have ever stayed for the following reasons.
The room allocated to us was very small with no windows.
We requested an upgrade and got another room which had a balcony but still small.
In 6 days the bedding was never changed.
The shower head was faulty.
Opposite the hotel is a depot for deliveries and it was noisy.
The owner's son was very unfriendly.
The breakfast was just OK.
Here is the room we got for 150€ per night.
I think photos are talking by themselves.
I can also talk about the stinky smell and the sticky floor, or the rain falling down the ceiling on the beds.
Just have a look at the shower head we got.
The staff is overwhelmed and the responsable just adviced us to take the room, because we couldn’t find a better place in Istanbul at this time (we did just nearby), and « you are not in Istanbul to stay at your room »
No coment, horrible stay
Betrüger
Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check-In und Check-Out gingen in sekundenschnelle.
