Al check out una signorina della reception ha preteso il pagamento di una bottiglietta di acqua che non ricordavamo di aver preso dal frigo, inseguendoci fino al taxi.
Costo 25000 dong: 70 cent.
Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Cons:

Falsches Zimmer gegeben, Deluxe gebucht und bezahlt, erhalten Standard. Vorher zweimal nachgefragt, ob klar ist, dass wir 3 Personen sind. Keine Reaktion darauf. Zimmer war nur für 2 Personen gerichtet.
Ameisen im Zimmer, uns wurde auf Wunsch zwar sogleich ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Dies war mit sehr feuchter und übel riechender Bettwäsche. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag durften wir in ein Zimmer für 3 Personen.
Frühstück immer das gleiche, Qualität nicht entsprechend dem Preis.
Am Pool nicht genügend Handtücher, nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet. Laundry sehr teuer, 1 Tag verspätet, Kinder Discount wurde ignoriert.
Housekeeping klopft um 8.15. Danach wird nicht mehr gereinigt. Housekeeping wollte einmal sogar reinigen, als wir im Zimmer waren, war schlecht abzuwimmeln.
Cafe das zum Hotel gehört minderwertig, Personal spricht kein Wort deutsch.

A good choice for overnight stay in Ninh Binh
Pros:

The room is big and clean. Shower water is strong and bathroom is quite big, too
Location is quite far from the downtown but I am ok with it because it is close to the place I need to go.

Cons:

Breakfast quality is at an average level. As the hotel is popular to seminars and events, be prepared to see lots of people in the breakfast restaurant.

Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt.

Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst.

Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

a very friendly staff to customers
Pros:

I checked in on the evening of September 5th.

1. The attitude and service of reception female employees to customers are the best. I really want to compliment her.

2. The location is a little away from the city center. However, there is no big problem because it is less than 10 minutes if you travel by vehicle.

3. The facilities are clean and satisfying.
