Complained the broken handles to house keeping, but no action taken
Pros:

Broken toilet door handle, n shower screen, the room was so hot in the afternoon bcoz is corner room and facing west. The furnitures has damaged due to high heat trapped.

Cons:

F&B breakfast arrived at 815am but was told the bread has finished, requested for coffee without sugar but came with sugar. Poor breakfast served !

Surkea, epäsiisti ja tosi huono aamiainen. Ei koskaan enää. Ei yhtään pistorasiaa, ei käsipyyhkeitä jne. Lista olisi loputon. Patjat aivan kauheat. Ilmeisesti hotellin johtoa ei kiinnosta tippaakaan asiakkaiden tai edes työntekijöiden hyvinvointi.
