Pros:

Location is not bad.

Cons:

Poor cleanliness. No electric kettle (although personally im not using it). Mouldy bathroom with strong mold smell. Breakfast is mediocre.

Good Value Stay
Pros:

Location was great, parking was ample, room was good.

Cons:

Elevator was broken so had to climb up stairs and breakfast was lacking..better to eat breakfast at the nearby eateries.

The room is cheap and yet, come with breakfast. But the cleanliness is horrible.
Pros:

The price is very affordable and the location is superb.

Cons:

It’s very dirty and unhygienic. The bathroom door is full with black mold and furnitures are dusty. My room’s outer window is also very dirty which I’m not sure they ever clean it. It’s disgusting.
