Attention of all staff was outstanding. Breakfast was very rich, containing many home grown and home made food. Room (208)was very spacious with a large terrace.
Just minor things: body cream dispenser in the bathroom was, shower door was leaking and floor was wet, some strange smell (probably from outside) was in the room. Electrical sockets are mostly not EU standard and there no adapters available. So I used the only one from coffee machine.

Schönes Hotel mit Pool.
Pool und Whirlpool leider unbeheizt und daher bei unserem Aufenthalt kalt. Aber einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, auch von Frühstück.
In unserem Badezimmer war der Lüfter kaputt und sehr laut. In den Fugen der Dusche bildet sich Schimmel. Was nicht zum sonstigen Eindruck und dem Preis passt, den das Haus hat.
Wir wollten gerne nach einem Tag auf dem Ätna im hoteleigenen Restaurant Essen, da es im Internet gelobt wurde. Das Restaurant war am Sonntag Abend aber leider geschlossen.
Die Empfehlung der Rezeption schlecht.
Daher waren wir insgesamt etwas enttäuscht.
Beautiful setting. Well appointed rooms of good size. Luxury bathroom. Fantastic pool. Good breakfast and meals. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special praise goes to the kitchen staff and owner who gave us a guided tour of his garden. Excellent stay. Would love to come again

The atmosphere at Kepos is very relaxing and friendly. The morning meal service was WONDERFUL ! The evening dinner service was also great! Santo is a terrific host. He is very welcoming and helpful. 😃

room and equipments were clean and all in great conditions. Daniella was really helpful at breakfast. They upgraded our room, we had a nice suite. Our stay was amazing! The selection of the breakfast was outstanding, lots of healthy and local choices, we loved it.
