Magnifique complexe entre vue sur l Etna et la mer dans un cadre reposant entouré de vergers avec un personnel au petit soin pour nous apporter un service exceptionnel. Merci au propriétaire, au directeur et à Manuella pour leur accueil , à daniela pour son sourire et sa disponibilité le matin au petit déjeuner.ainsi qu à sa collègue pour le repas du soir d une grande gentillesse. Compliment également au chef pour les délicieux repas .

Belle vue sur l'Etna et la mer
La vue sur la baie et l'Etna, le calme et surtout la serviabilité de tout le personnel. Toutes nos demandes on été satisfaites. Le propriétaire vous fait visiter son jardin lors de votre arrivée et vous fait déguster ses produits. Un merci particulier à Daniela qui parle admirablement bien le français et qui s'occupe de vous comme si vous étiez un membre de la famille. Nous avons subi un orage qui a déposé des cendres noires du volcan jusque dans la piscine. En quelques heures tout a été nettoyé et avons pu à nouveau nous baigner dans la piscine à débordement...incroyable
Il faut absolument une voiture car le village ou se trouve l'hôtel est fort isolé et il y a peu de restaurant aux alentours sauf un pizzeria napolitaine qui vaut le détour pas pour l'accueil mais pour ses pizzas napolitaines. Le restaurant de l'hôtel ne proposant qu'une carte minimaliste mais de bonne qualité

Superbe hôtel au calme, piscine et jacuzzi au vert avec vue sur la mer; infrastructures de qualité, suite grande et confortable.
Le fait que l’hôtel ne soit pas très grand vous permet de profiter pleinement de la piscine et du jacuzzi.
Personnel très accueillant et attentionné (en particulier Daniela). Petit déjeuner exceptionnel, très varié, avec des produits frais et locaux. La personne responsable du jardin se fait une joie de vous faire découvrir son jardin. Proximité de l’Etna (avec de belles vues notamment le soir sur l’éruption).
Rien sauf peut-être le prix des repas (lunch et dinner) un petit peu élevé.
Tutto perfetto,la gentilezza del personale,la location,la cucina,la piscina e la Jacuzzi. La vegetazione incantevole. Un plauso particolare alla signora Daniela,la signora Manuela,al direttore e al proprietario che ci ha illustrato tante cose.
Die Unterkunft liegt zwischen dem Etna und dem Meer ideal um einen tollen Ausblick zu genießen. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich und generell ist das Relais äußerst familienfreundlich. Unsere kleine Tochter wurde konstant mit einem Lächeln empfangen!
I loved the staff. Daniela was absolutely amazing and so friendly every morning at breakfast. I loved the food, I loved our room and the pool and the property. It was beautiful, clean and the view was amazing.
I didn't like the fact the staff kept shushing my kids when they were playing in the pool. Specially because we were a lot of the times alone at the pool side. If kids aren't welcome at the facility then I think it should be written clearly on the website :)
I would have also loved to hear music at the restaurant - just a tip for the future.
