Pros:

Die Lage für Ausflüge (z.B.Ätna oder Taormina) ist top. Frühstücksbuffett und Service perfekt.

Cons:

1. Der Außenwhirlpool wird nur auf Anfrage beheizt und kostet dann 55 Euro pro Person und Stunde! Ein NOGO für ein Hotel dieser Klasse.
2. Das man im Restaurant für die Hotelgäste (und es gibt ausschließlich nur Hotelgäste- Restaurant ist nicht öffentlich) ein Coperto für 10 Euro berechnet ist eigentlich eine Unverschämtheit.

Pros:

Our stay was so relaxing and just what we needed! the team.. Daniella, Manuella and Allesandro were all so kind and attentive and really made us feel so welcome. The facilities were brilliant including the gorgeous pool, spa and unique outdoor gym with an unreal view out to sea. AND the breakfast spread was by far the best one we've had.. so fresh and with amazing options.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE — COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I travel extensively, but I have NEVER experienced such poor security, unprofessionalism, and lack of accountability as at Kepos Etna Relais & Spa.

SERIOUS SECURITY CONCERNS FROM DAY ONE

On our first day, housekeeping left our room door WIDE OPEN for HOURS while we were at the pool, with all our belongings inside. Shocking for a tiny hotel with only a few rooms! Nothing was missing then, but the next day, something far worse happened.

VALUABLE NECKLACE MISSING AFTER PRIVATE SPA MASSAGE

During a massage at the hotel’s PRIVATE spa, I removed my valuable, irreplaceable necklace and placed it beside me on the massage table, as my partner witnessed. Afterward, it was GONE.

I searched with staff, contacted management, filed a police report, and requested that security footage be preserved and reviewed.

IGNORED REQUESTS AND SHOCKING UNPROFESSIONALISM

Despite repeated requests, I never received the footage, confirmation that it had been preserved or reviewed, or any clear explanation.

I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE I PLACED IT. MY PARTNER WITNESSED IT. IT WAS NEVER RECOVERED. Draw your own conclusions — I have mine.

NO TRANSPARENCY. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. NO ANSWERS.

What should have been a beautiful Sicily trip turned into a heartbreaking nightmare. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I ended up at a police station filing a report. I left devastated, with a missing necklace, unanswered questions, and complete distrust in this property.

MONTHS LATER, IT STILL HURTS.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel. I would NEVER return or recommend it.

PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL! If you still decide to stay here, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH YOUR VALUABLES, WHETHER IN YOUR ROOM OR AT THE SPA.

Fantastisch.
Pros:

Super vriendelijk en service gericht blij personeel, met name Daniëlla. Voortreffelijk ontbijt, ook lunch en diner zijn heerlijk. Alles uit eigen tuin en zelf bereid. Nog nooit meegemaakt dat alles met zoveel passie is verorgd.
Zwembad ruim en groot. Spa heerlijk en duur. Dit hotel is niet te overtreffen, ook qua landgoed met bloemen, granaatappels, allemaal kaarsjes in de spa enz.

De prijs van de spa.

Restaurant in the resort was good.
Swimming pool was good.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bonus: the resort cats were very cute

Cons:

Resort seemed understaffed during the afternoon.
Chairs at the restaurant were uncomfortable and the beds were quite hard.
Tv in the room did not work and wifi was very spotty.

Beautiful property, would recommend.
Pros:

This is a beautiful property with updated facilities and great amenities. Amazing views. The food at the restaurant is fantastic, and the staff were great.

Cons:

This is unrelated to the property or hotel management, but be aware but if you are not traveling with a vehicle, it can be expensive to get around the area. Having said that, the hotel staff will gladly help connect you with local drivers.

We had a wonderful stay at Kepos Etna Relais and truly enjoyed every moment.

The hotel is excellent – beautifully maintained, very clean and well organized, with great facilities and delicious food. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and the attention to detail throughout the property makes the experience feel very special.

What really stands out, however, is the incredible staff. Everyone was warm, kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.

A very special mention goes to Daniela – she is truly exceptional! Her kindness, warmth, positive energy, and genuine desire to help made a real difference to our experience. She is one of those people you remember even after the holiday is over, and the hotel is very lucky to have her.

We would absolutely recommend Kepos Etna Relais to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Sicily.

Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic stay. We would be very happy to return!
