Pros:

Herrausragendes Frühstück mit u.a. Säften, Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Sehr gut gepflegte Anlage und ein herzliches, zuvorkommendes Team. Ein eigener PKW macht Sinn, liegt etwas versteckt, aber mit großartiger Aussicht. Schöner Private-Spa bereich mit Voranmeldung

Wonderful small hotel, we loved it!
Pros:

We stayed 3 nights as part of a family holiday; we found Kepos to be a really excellent small hotel in a fantastic location for exploring Mount Etna, Taormina and Catania. The family suite was perfect for our family of 4, lots of space and very clean and comfortable; the hotel setting is gorgeous - really quiet, beautiful gardens, surrounded by trees and birds, with views of both the sea and Mount Etna; the pool area and restaurant terrace were both beautiful and the service was extremely warm, efficient and kind from every member of staff we encountered. At my request, the hotel Concierge organised a half day Mount Etna group guided tour which we all really enjoyed, and recommended local restaurants on 2 nights, both of which were excellent.
Breakfasts were superb; I am already missing the pastries and the view....
Kepos hotel was absolutely great and I would recommend it to friends and family visiting the area.

Cons:

I can't think of anything - our experience was that this is a really well run and well situated hotel.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Super accueil de la part du personnel et tout le long du séjour
Chambre spacieuse avec petite terrasse
Petit déjeuner excellent avec plein de produits locaux, de saison
Emplacement idéal entre carène et taormine

Le spa ne fonctionne pas correctement : nous avons eu un massage mais n’avons pas pu utiliser le sauna/hammam car pas en route

Emplacement parfait pour profiter des sites du sud de la Sicile. Très bel hôtel assez intimiste avec peu de chambre avec vue Etna et mer.. chambre propre, excellente table et mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et Daniela qui fait des miracles pour bien commencer la journée!

Ein Traum von einem Hotel!
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich und wir wurden bei der Abkunft bereits auf dem Parkplatz begrüsst. Wir hatte viel Gepäck und bekamen damit sofort Hilfe beim tragen. Auch konnten wir bei unserer späten Ankunft um 21:30 noch etwas warmes essen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und es sieht genau so schön aus wie auf den Fotos. Das Morgenessen war das kulinarische Highlight. Praktisch alles ist lokal oder kommt sogar vom eigenen Garten. Daniela, welche jeweils das Morgenessen serviert, machte das ganze perfekt.

Cons:

Das SPA ist kostenpflichtig, was zwar ok ist, da man es exklusive für sich hat, jedoch wäre es schön, dass ab einer gewissen Anzahl Nächte ein SPA Besuch inklusive ist.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kepos Etna Relais. We booked a suite, which was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a professional and friendly tour by the director, which immediately gave a great first impression.
The hotel also offers a private WhatsApp concierge service, and they usually replied within just a few minutes, which was very convenient. We also booked a 2-hour spa treatment, and it was exactly what we needed after hiking up to 3,300 meters on Mount Etna. It really helped us relax and recover.
The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite slow at times, but overall, the experience was excellent.
A beautiful, calm, and very well-managed hotel. Highly recommended.

Un séjour absolument parfait

Un formidable souvenir de Kepos Etna, le personnel adorable, le Propriétaire et son fils, omniprésent et attentionné. Un domaine très vaste et extrêmement bien entretenu, restaurant de grande qualité, petit déjeuner tout à fait exceptionnel. Un grand merci, je recommande.
