Cons:

Klimatyzacja w tej cenie powinna być standardem. W nocy było bardzo gorąco, a już od godziny 8:00 rano przez ponad godzinę budziły nas bardzo głośne hałasy w hotelu – dochodzące prawdopodobnie z pokoju nad nami podczas sprzątania lub prac technicznych. Brzmiało to tak, jakby ktoś używał dużej elektrycznej maszyny do przepychania kanalizacji. Takie natężenie hałasu przez tak długi czas w hotelu tej klasy jest po prostu nieakceptowalne. Mimo prawdopodobnie nowych mebli w pokoju jego standard jest nieproporcjonalny do ceny. Widok z okna fatalny. Strach korzystać z windy, na chwilę utknęliśmy pomiędzy piętrami.

Wi-Fi działało bardzo słabo.

Również infrastruktura nad jeziorem sprawia wrażenie zatrzymanej w latach 50. Zarówno hotel, jak i jego otoczenie wymagają modernizacji, ponieważ nie spełniają współczesnych standardów, zwłaszcza przy takiej cenie. To szczególnie szkoda, ponieważ samo miejsce jest przepiękne i ma ogromny potencjał – chciałoby się tu wracać, ale niestety nie do takiej bazy noclegowej.

La vista al lago es genial. La falta de aire acondicionado le quita puntos.

La ubicación es impresionante

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado. Muy importante para el veraneo el pequeño ventilador de la habitación no era suficientemente. No nos permitieron sacar una manzana del buffet nos hicieron regresarla. Se sintió humillante.

Good location. Everything else is basic.
Pros:

- Good location

- Good lake views from dining room
- Friendly staff

Cons:

- Budget rooms are expensive not budget - 150 CHF per night (seems to be a trend across interlaken region hotels). Even Zurich is cheaper for much better hotels (Novotel)

- Room was very old fashioned and bathroom was ancient and very strange design

- Very dark room, not enough lighting to even get ready infront of the mirror.

- Room was extremely hot during July. No AC. Only a low power fan provided. Window only opens slightly. Cannot leave balcony door open due to security issues as neighbouring rooms can access your balcony easily.

- Bed was very uncomfortable: There is a bed light that is very low, just above pillow level, which means you cannot sit up in the bed because it will hit your head. The beds are very short also, feet will hit the wood frame

-  Because of the bed frame two single beds cannot make a double bed, it leaves a large gap in the middle.

- No iron / ironing board (have to use laundry room by special permission) 

- Lift was very strange (orange carpet all over walls and ceiling)

- No facility to get drinking water in the hotel, considering how hot it was, was told to get water from bathroom sink, which is disgusting

- No minifridge to store water bottles in this heat. Have to pay extra to borrow a minifridge.

- No bin in the room

מיקום לכאורה יפה מאד, ליד האגם והנוף מקסים, גישה קלה מאד לחוף. נקי ומטופח מאד. צוות מקסים.

Cons:

המלון על שפת כביש ראשי ולכן כאשר החלונות פתוחים יש רעש רב. אין מזגן וזה בעיה בימים חמים. כן מספקים מאוורר. המלון קצת מיושן.

Nossa estadia foi sensacional.
Pros:

O Hotel e tipico de uma Comuna na Suiça. Nosso quarto era de frente para o lago com uma vista sensacional. Cafe da manha bastante farto. Chegamos antes da hora do check in e fomos bem atendidos conseguindo ir logo para o quarto. Funcionarios bem simpaticos.
