Very friendly staff and great communication throughout the booking, the new girl on reception was amazing, we were her first guests to check in and she was super friendly and confident ( good luck ). The location is perfect for the city, literally 1 minute walk into the cathedral square. Would definitely recommend.
Check in time could be earlier but we had somewhere to leave our cases upon arrival so it was fine.

The location, room and sky bar were all excellent. With easy access to the center of Valencia. Would highly recommend and have already sent to family/friends.
Paying for the carpark, it shows as includes parking in the booking app and then on arrival we were charged €20/night (€40 total)

La distribuzione dei sanitari e gli accessori del bagno non era molto ergonomica e la cosa è inspiegabile visto che il bagno ha dimensioni generose. Nello specifico, il lavabo piccolo e posto in angolo nonostante ci fosse una parete molto più grande e libera da sfruttare. Il phon ad altezza spalla e a ridosso del lavabo rappresentava una grande scomodità. Anche in questo caso, lo spazio non mancava...
Bagno immenso e una sola barra corta per poggiare gli asciugamani...
Mensola Vanity di dimensione ridotte.
Ribadisco il mio commento ha senso solo perché le dimensioni del bagno sono generose, ma gli spazi non sono stati sfruttati come si deve.

L'hôtel si trova in un vicolo dellla piazz della Reina, in centro. È piccolo, le suites sono belle ed il personale molto gentile in particolare Avril del servizio colazione e bar. Un solo piccolo appunto, la colazione che è alla carta ha poca varietà dolce

Hotel is in a very good location in middle of historic centre. 24/7 reception, room is good size, had a fridge, very good shower. Had a small rooftop pool and a bar but didnt use it.
Room had minimal natural light, TV was too hard to operate-needed staff assistance on two occassions.
Ideal location for exploring Valencia, with added bonuses such as parking nearby, a pool and roof top bar.
