I liked the comfort and coziness of the rooms. The staff were pretty nice, professional and helpful.
Everything was good
Staff were friendly and very patient (with a couple of other guests who were checking in ahead of me, with language barrier problems). When I forgot something in my room after checking out, the desk clerk re-activated my key card and let me run back upstairs with no delay so I could still meet my Uber.
This is a problem with hotels in general, this one being no exception: the lighting over the bathroom mirror is quite dim, and there’s nowhere to hang your hand towel and washcloth. What on Earth do hotel designers have against towel bars? Aesthetics always seem to be prioritized over function. (It’s a pet peeve of mine.)
The location is good, there are a lot of homeless around the hotel.
The bathroom doesn't have privacy, just separate a glass from the the bed. If a person is in the bath the another person see what's doing who is in the bath. Very bad experience. I think that hotel can be 2 stars.l, no 4.
Lovely staff. Very accommodating.
The first room we were put in had a sort of sheer curtain that obscured the bathroom from the rest of the room which was a little off putting. Staff very quickly changed our room. No questions asked.
Valet was $65 on top of cost of room.
