Staff pleasant and location good.
Tiny rooms even with balcony. Food awful. No facilities apart from pool with bar and food service. Overpriced for the offering not luxurious
Fairly modern comfortable beds nice bathroom
First night after 11 hour flight hardly slept there was a beeping sound in the room found out it was the fridge so unplugged it but then had no fridge.coffee machine in room not working.Went to reception in morning they sent maintenance man up straight away replaced the coffee machine and was just going to remove the fridge not replace so i said just leave it unplugged .No apology or empathy from the front desk for losing the first nights sleep which i thought was poor.
Wow, the bronze rooms are TINY. Clean and well kept but Europe style tiny. No upgrade do Hyatt Explorist status and they had plenty of rooms available for a Monday night. Breakfast was good on the rooftop.
Stayed here many times in the last 3 months. Not a business hotel. Room service ends at 5pm, breakfast is sometimes available, sometimes not. Rooms have broken items. Noise level can be high, which makes sleeping for business meetings the next day difficult. Most rooms do not have desks. Not a great business hotel.
I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo traveller and the location and hotel were perfect. The room was really spacious, comfortable and clean. The glass of wine upon checkin really sets the mood and style of this property.
Clean, modern and well looked after property
I liked the robotics that delivered my food and I enjoyed the scenic views from the rooftop
From start to finish the staff at Dream hotel are rude and unaccommodating. Prior to my arrival I got hung up on when I tried to contact concierge about my room. When arrived to the property they “upgraded” my room without my permission and placed me in a room with no fridge, no accent furniture, and no microwave. When I approached the evening concierge they tried to glamorize the adjustment stating it was a “larger room” and wouldn’t be able to help me until the NEXT DAY. The next day arrives and I packed up my belongings immediately at 6 AM. I have never in my life had to do that at a 4/5 star hotel. The only thing they did was give me food and bev credit for $60 and changed my room. Nothing more. I asked for a credit for the night they screwed up and I was told they had already rectified the issue. HUGE disappointment. Well folks, the food here is not good. The severed DO NOT wait on you at the roof top. Not to mention The highlight room club is closed. I will NEVER stay at this property again.
Came here for a quick trip to enjoy the Persona Live concert. I'm not a fan of Hollywood, but I really like the central location of this hotel. It was walking distance to the Dolby Theater as well as other places to eat. It was also easy to get rideshares from where we were staying.
The room we had was nice, but because I was staying with my brother, it was awkward to have a window seeing the shower. I'll definitely come back with my girlfriend if find ourselves here...
Anyway, as someone in the gaming industry, I don't like that the TV was bolted to the wall. It made it very difficult to connect my gaming console and streaming devices to the HDMI ports. I actually had my brother do it since he has skinnier arms. I texted hotel service, but they didn't help. I work in the gaming industry, so video games are actually work for me, so this was slightly disappointing to not have real help.
Anyway, that aside I was pretty impressed with this hotel and would come back, but now that I know about the TV situation, I'd consider that fact too.
It’s a great property with everything going for it.
Loved the property
Staff was excellent
My stay at Dream Hollywood was extremely disappointing due to both service and safety issues. Front desk staff were rude and dismissive, which immediately impacted the experience.
More concerning, an ozone generator was left in my room without explanation or consent. This raised legitimate health and air-quality concerns and made the room uncomfortable to occupy. I reported this directly to the housekeeping manager, yet there was no follow-up or acknowledgment.
For a hotel affiliated with World of Hyatt, the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability was unacceptable. Guest safety and respectful service should be basic standards, and this stay fell well short of that.
Bem centralizado, próximo aos pontos turísticos
Rooftop fechado todos os dias, por conta da chuva, sem cobertura na calçada, colchão da cama muito mole.
During my stay at the Dream Hotel in West Hollywood, California, I was truly impressed by the vibrant ambiance and luxurious amenities. The stylish décor and modern design created a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area, where I could unwind while soaking up the stunning views of the city skyline. The attentive staff further enhanced my experience, always ready to assist and ensure that my needs were met. The hotel's proximity to trendy restaurants and nightlife was an added bonus, allowing me to explore the best of West Hollywood easily.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the property.
