Pros:

Everything to be honest the location it was prefect. Wasn't to far for were we need to go to the Greek theater. The rooms were clean and nice had two bars a rooftop bar and Lounge Bar. Was really nice and clean. We well diffently be staying here again.

Cons:

The parking situation they only have valet for $65 or you park on the street or find a public park. Other then that was good.

Overall a nice hotel for families with perfect location and good ambience . Would highly recommend .

The location , staff were friendly . Room was clean.

Cons:

The coffee pods can have a bit more selection . The bathrooms are lavishly see thru from the bedroom . For families you might want to consider taking shower without the lights .

Physical aspects of the property were great, ‘most’ of the staff however, were not.
Pros:

Location is convenient, lost of food and shopping nearby. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Lobby was clean and accommodating.

Cons:

Staff. Front desk, roof top bar, rooftop restaurant. Everyone there seemed so bothered by you asking them to literally do something in their scope of work. Front desk girls were awful, 3 different interactions with 3 different people. All of them were so bothered by me asking about room details, or getting some cash changed into smaller bills (which they don’t do by the way). At the rooftop I asked for some silverware. The girl played like I just asked her to borrow her car for the weekend. It was that big of an inconvenience. Almost 8 minutes later after standing awkwardly at the bar she goes “did you get your silverware?” As I stand there empty handed and dull eyed… “umm no, you never gave me any”. She then walked 5 feet to a drawer and retrieved them. Not sure why that couldn’t have been done in the first place… Don’t want to sound like a shrewd. But 3rd times the charm on getting a review out of me. If you’re gonna be a miserable staff member, maybe you should be in the back of the house, and not customer facing. Remember, you’re literally at work… being paid to take care of customers. Novelty idea huh?

Pros:

The lobby is welcoming. Staff were friendly and informative. I enjoyed the room size, comfortably of bed, and the shower was amazing. The club and bar option allow guest to party in their own hotel which was nice. The rooftop view is amazing. I loved seeing the hollywood sign.

Cons:

It is advertised that I could have my car charged complimentary when using valet and they don't have a charger. I planned a lot of my trip around that and it was a hassle when plans had to change. The food and cocktails at the rooftop café were just ok. The large variety of other restaurants nearby with better options makes it easy to skip.

Jennelle Director of Guest Services Is A Star
Pros:

Jennelle Director of Guest Services is an absolute superstar. After a minor “hiccup” Jenelle sorted everything for us. Jenelle was also fantastic with pre arrival assistance - nothing was ever a problem and she always responded very quickly with efficiency. On our last day I had some questions for Jennelle and she sorted those too without delay. Jennelle is an assist to the hotel and the greater Hyatt brand. We would also like to thank Andrew at the Dream Rooftop who looked after us at breakfast. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our interactions with him. The location is fantastic with the action of Hollywood Boulervard around the corner and Sunset also close by. Heads up the pool area is lovely to catch sun but if you’re looking for a “deep pool” please know that this one is 3ft (1 metre) at its deepest point. We were in room 910 that has a small balcony which is great for fresh air and views up to the Hollywood Hills. Some people have mentioned noise but we didn’t experience this during our midweek stay. Oh and for those who love fine dining Tao is right next door.

Great stay. Would stay again if rooftop pool is open and usable.
Pros:

Spacious rooms and beautiful interiors.

Cons:

I had to ask for a fridge to be installed as they didn’t come standard with the room. Also the pool wasn’t open for some reason which was disappointing.
