I enjoyed my stay and would go back for a lower price.
Pros:

Room was great and had perfect configuration. It was a friendly atmosphere. I wish that the restaurant and the pool area were in better shape.

Cons:

The restaurant on the 10th floor needs better attention and furnishing. The wait staff was nice but not very sharp. I had 2 meals there lunch and dinner. Dinner was nice and the steak was great. The salad was not good. Had to ask for salt and pepper. The salt was empty. Little things that go a long way were not taken care of. I requested a bottle of wine and they didn't have it but tried to sell me a wine that was not even on the list.

Bel hôtel avec rooftop et piscine ( très peu profonde- pour se rafraichir et non nager ), restauration de très belle qualité, un peu chère,
bel emplacement pour les visites que nous voulions faire et les rendez vous que nous avions.

Bem localizado próximo a calçada da fama.

Cons:

Hotel não tem café da manhã gratuito disponível, quarto não tem microondas. Muito difícil mexer no chuveiro, pia não tem aquecimento de água. Não tem estacionamento gratuito. Funcionário da entrada quase não achava minha reserva e agora estou com 2 cobranças no meu cartão referentes a mesma diária! Espero que se resolva.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst of all!!!!! Don't stay there at gun point

Everything, it was so bad booking refunded our money. I already wrote a 2 page letter to booking complaining about our experience. All I can say is don't every even consider staying there. I don't think Hyatt is aware of how bad this place is run.
