The building was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The rooftop pool was really nice, and I love that the gym was open 24/7.
The location is perfect. You are just outside of all the noise of Hollywood Blvd, but close enough to walk to everything.
That parking is only valet and expensive, but the staff at the valley station were incredibly fast and friendly.
There are no ice machines on the floors.
I really enjoyed the rooftop pool area, and the breakfast was amazing. The only downside is that the rooftop closes at 7pm, which is a bit of a shame. It would be great to stay later and take in the city lights.
Nice hotel ina great location. The rooftop bar was a big plus.
a few more coffee pods etc. Some real cups rather than paper cups. We value our coffee in a morning.
Stylish and fun. Serene roof top area with great view of Hollywood sign.
Furniture in hotel room was a little banged up. Platform under bed damaged, side table and drawers were chipped. This was inconsistent with the overall vibe of the hotel, which was very nice.
Location is excellent, many very good bars and restaurants very close. Very decent rooms. All classic Hollywood attractions like studios and observatory is close by. 7/11 store very close if you want a cheap fast meal and don't want to spend money on restaurants.
It is noisy at night in this particular part of town, probably not the best option for family with little kids or if you have trouble sleeping with noise in your ears. Not the hotel's fault though, it's just pros and cons of the location. A big night club with 999 drunk screaming people is very close by and they all shout like it's Titanic 2.0 Electric Boogaloo.
Garbage room
Rude staff and lied about everything
Perfect location
Nice vibe
Check-in was extremely slow — it took over 30 minutes despite there only being one party ahead of us. The front desk agent was noticeably unfriendly: short answers, no eye contact, and a general attitude that made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When I later asked about some basic information (wifi password renewal and late check-out possibility), the response was curt and dismissive. This set a poor tone for the rest of the stay.
Housekeeping was perhaps the most disappointing part. Over three full nights, the room was properly serviced only once — on the very last day. The first two mornings we returned to an untouched room: no bed made, no trash emptied, no towels replaced, no bathroom cleaned. When I politely inquired at the front desk on day two, the staff simply said “We’ve been very busy” and offered no apology, no estimated time for service, and no alternative solution (extra towels, trash pickup, etc.). For a hotel of this price range and claimed star level, cleaning every 2–3 days as standard practice feels unacceptable in 2026 — especially without any proactive communication or offer to make it right.
On the positive side, the valet parking service was genuinely outstanding and the one bright spot of the stay. The valet team was consistently friendly, fast, professional, and careful with the car.
