Beautiful hotel - EXTREMELY loud music all night long
Pros:

Very clean and modern, really nice restaurant and pool area. Rooms and really big

Cons:

This is a party hotel. We have stayed here for three nights and there is constant deep base music every single night. The name should not be “dream” because you would need to be able to sleep to make that happen.

Great room and amazing bed.
Pros:

It had a very comfortable bed and the room was a nice corner balcony. Don't plan on a quiet trip for the weekend here with the club right next door but it didn't bother us.

Cons:

Nos já fazemos a reserva pelo booking o que garante o preço, já temos o cartão de crédito vinculado na reserva, e ainda assim pedem mais um pagamento de segurança que depois tem toda uma burocracia para ser estornado. Não vejo necessidade nisso. Mas se forem fazer isso que seja através da plataforma onde foi feito a reserva.

Pros:

The rooms were new and clean. A la cart breakfast at the roof was good.

Cons:

The rooms could be more travel friendly e.g. luggage rack. Even though the rooptop had amazing view it closed at 7 pm.

Pros:

Location was perfect for what we needed, the room was comfortable but missing a desk which we needed, It was very bright at night, so would recommend improving on the shutters. Noise level was acceptable because we were at end of hallway facing the Hollywood sign, service was really good with the exception of the check-in, the employee failed to tell us about the 25 daily credit. Amenities were good, gym was excellent, much better than any other hotel gym. restaurant on rooftop was good, shame it only serves breakfast and dinner.

Aware of the hotel Destination fee
Pros:

Make sure if you're Hyatt member, the destination fee will be waived. The front staff either didn't check that we are or made a simple mistake and told us we would be charged the destination fee, which included $25 daily for food and bev. We thought if we didn't use it, we would lose it so we chose to had breakfast at the hotel. When we checked out, another front staff said we won't be charged the destination fee.....mean we had breakfasts and had to paid full price because we thought we had to use it. Felt like we got scammed. Other than that, the hotel is great.

Excellent location - Cool vibe
Pros:

Love the location, it's pretty Central to a lot of really great restaurants. The vibe of the hotel is really cool because it has that mid-century modern flair.

Cons:

The room is a little small but the bed is extra comfortable. What was a bit bothersome was how loud it was at night. You could hear cars honking in the street and the music was extremely loud and I think that was coming from Tao which is right next door.

Also, the shower was a bit confusing to operate. Took a while for the water to get hot.
