The Beachfront Praia D'el Rey Golf & Beach Resort

I stayed at The Beachfront for 13 days. The location is very nice and the view is beautiful. The staff at the Mare restaurant were very friendly and kind. We felt welcome every day.

But the food was not good. Every day it was the same. The choice was very small. The scrambled eggs tasted like powder, and nothing changed during our whole stay.

The housekeeping service was also weak. The floor was always dirty with sand, and they didn’t clean it well. We felt sand under our feet all the time.

Some equipment in the room was broken and not fixed. Also, the staff in the Club House restaurant were not nice. They were rude and didn’t want to help.

Another problem was the customer service. There was no flexibility. When we asked for small changes or help, the answer was usually “no” without trying to find a solution.

I liked the beach and the Mare staff, but the hotel needs to improve cleaning, food quality, customer service, and the attitude of some employees.

The beach from townhome was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. We had the pool and beach right in front of us. Picture perfect. The townhome was massive and the bedrooms were huge with tons of space

Had some problem with the hot water but the staff made sure to address the problem fast. Very satisfied. The view is amazing!

We tried to enjoy our stay, unfortunately we had 4 load party guests staying in the unit beside us. Playing music, drinking, partying late every night. This disrespectful behaviour impacted our whole stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Will come back for sure.

Absolut perfekta boendet för en golfresa med vänner. 50 m promenad till mkt bra fiskrestaurang som även serverar utmärkt frukost.
Rent och fräscht. Magisk utsikt och solnedgång i Atlanten.

Beautifully located and serviced by various restaurants and the Marriott hotel. Great place for kids and golfers looking for peace. The staff went out of their way to help and we're first class.

Traum-Ausblick, mehr geht nicht! Service gut. Hier und da etwas „verwohnt“, aber sehr sauber. Renovierung fällig. Das einzige, was sehr gestört hat, waren enorme Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen. Teppiche oder Filz unter dem Esstisch und den Stühlen könnte erheblich helfen. Dann wären wir hier auch gern länger!

Der Blick auf den Atlantik, das Rauschen der Wellen, schöne Golfplätze und der direkte Zugang zum Strand machen den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Was a very nice place right on the beach. Spacious three floors with patios on each and 3 br 3.5 bath so perfect for the five of us

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sicherer Parkplatz. Küche voll ausgestattet alles was man braucht vorhanden fantastische Aussicht auf die Dünen und das Meer.

Fabulous location with ocean view. Clean, well furnished. Would have been nice if 2 of 3 bedrooms had king beds vs just one. The Beachfront resort restaurant was closed the Sunday & Monday of our stay. And the market place wasn’t open late so if you had a late arrival you had few options. Unfortunately the entryway locking mechanism at the front door was bizarrely difficult to open & you had to be careful you didn’t scrape your knuckles when turning the tiny knob. At least 6 coffee pods should have been provided for a 3 bdrm townhouse (6 person occupancy). No paper towels or tissue was provided, only toilet paper. English instruments should have been provided to assist with washing machine & dishwasher operation. Adding these simple supplies & the English instructions would have resulted in a 5 star rating & made the unit & our stay perfect.

The location is beautiful. I walked the beach every day and saw the surfers. My husband loved the golf course.

Villa was very nice. Everything you needed was there. A little way off the beaten path but so worth it for the beach and subset!

Great location for beach and golf. Restaurant choices and clubhouse were good. Slippy tiles on ramps and lots of stairs. Entrance roads are almost dirt, driving through fields of bamboo. Little intimidating at first.But resort is very good, with multi lingual, helpful staff. Would stay again!

This was an absolutely beautiful location. We had views of the ocean, beach, dunes and golf course. Stunning!
The resort facilities andour beachfront townhouse were great. Our golfers loved the course!
Clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.

You can't beat the view! Gorgeous ocean view and the beach was VERY quiet. We walked it morning and evening. A nice change from some of the busy places we have been to. The apartment was HUGE. Very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped kitchen. We hope to return!
