Pontos negativos são poucos, apenas as instalações que precisam de reforma, principalmente os banheiros. Quarto com aparencia antiga, mesmo que seja o estilo do hotel, mas precisa de atenção a reformas, por exemplo as paredes com infiltração.

Localização excelente. Há poucos passos da Praia de Itaparica. Os funcionários foram muitos educados e solícitos durante nossa estadia, tanto os recepcionistas como as camareiras. O café da manhã também estava muito bom, vom boa variedade. Antes de reservar eu li alguns comentários aqui no Booking.com e no Google dando conta de problemas com mofo, mas o meu quarto estava impecável, sem qualquer cheiro de mofo ou condição insalubre. Pelo contrário, o quarto estava cheiroso e muito limpo. Eu e minha família voltaremos a nos hospedar nesse hotel ao retornarmos a Vila Velha.
