Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that we were at the back of the building, near the train tracks, and heard at least 3 trains through the night. This could probably be solved by turning on the A/C. Otherwise a very good night.

Pros:

Almost everything was wonderful. A major negative for us was that housekeeping staff came banging on our door 2 hours before checkout time. They proceeded to unlock the door even though it was early and our "do not disturb" sign was on the outside of the door. The worst part was they didn't bother to lock the door again when they realized we were still there sleeping (trying to sleep).

Pros:

Stayed here multple times in the past. Less satisfied this time. No coffee maker in room but avail 24/7 downstairs. Only 2 hard pillows on bed, addional 2 requested and provided were very lumpy.

Late night decision to pull off the road with 3.5 more hours to my destination.
Desk attendances welcoming and engaged at 12 am.

I would find a different hotel to stay at in the future
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

The door leading outside was right beside our room and every time somebody went through it it was like a sledgehammer went through the wall of our hotel room.

Also, we had dinner in the dining room that wasn't very good and outrageously expensive.


Also no microwave in the room sucked. It forced us to eat in the restaurant
