Location for us was good

Cons:

No coffee maker, refrigerator or furniture to set on, and no suitcase stand.

Pros:

Though the location was fine, the hotel catered to long term clientel, the room we had, was just ok, smelled funny. Since we were only staying 1 night it was fine. Was 15 minutes from the Erie water area.

there was an odd smell in the room that was not pleasing. Floors were also very dirty, Walking with my bare feet to the bathroom and back to my bed there was dark spots on my foot from the dirt

Pros:

The first room they gave us was not cleaned. When we went back to the office they told us nobody was there to clean the rooms and acted like they did not want to us another room. The 2 nd room they gave us hard a really strong pee smell to it.

Cons:

How unclean and the price was way too much for such an unclean and untalented of place. Very run down

The place ran out of towels how does a motel run out of towels. When I asked about it at the front desk was told there is a truckstop down the street maybe the have towels they definitely have showers the larger young lady at the front desk rude and not that intelligent

Pros:

Second time staying there. It's a no-frills motel room, (no hair dryer or amenities.) but if you know that going in, it's a nice clean place to stay in Erie. Can't beat the price for a weekend rate in the summer.

Sink had a slow drain.

Disappointing. Has gone downhill from previous years.

Convenient location, friendly staff.

Cons:

First room we were given smelled terrible like a dog kennel. Second room was fine except tv didn’t work. Told 3 different employees about it, but it was never fixed. Hotel had a shortage of towels, some of the other couples we were with were given hand towels and bath mats to dry off with. The two bath towels we had were very small and thin. Carpets in the rooms were not very clean. I understand this is a budget hotel, but I do expect to at least have the amenities that they do have work. Probably would be ok for a one night stay, but kind of annoying for 3 nights.

Always a Good Time
Pros:

My family and I always stay here when we come to the water parks and the beach. The rooms are always clean, worth the price and a great location to everything you would want to do as a family.

Easy to get in and out of.

Ended our trip a day early and continue to get the run around for the refund. Each side is saying it's the others fault.
