Beautiful in every way
Pros:

Everything about this property is spot on.

The staff are attentive but not overbearing, friendly but not imposing and genuinely care about the well-being and enjoyment of their guests. They remember fine details and these little, yet important, things really contribute to an exceptional stay.

The private pool villa was spacious, well appointed and very private. The pool and outdoor living area of the villa are perfect. The bed was firm but not too hard, I slept very very well. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

The happy hour drinks menu at the restaurant are extensive and offer a wide range of choice. The restaurant menu was pleasant and also offered a good range of meal options also.
The sunset views from the restaurant are magnificent.

The resort grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. Every staff member was friendly and seemed proud of their work, and they should be. They do a truly wonderful job and create an experience not just an accommodation stay.

I will definitely come back!

Cons:

There wasnt anything I could really criticise, except for the signal range on the air conditioning unit. I found it only received the signal from the remote control from a specific place & angle which meant having to stand at the end of the bed and point the remote in a very specific direction. Not a big problem but a few times it was quite unresponsive and was a little bit tedious haha. As I say, not a big or serious issue!

Tolle Unterkunft mit klasse Service
Pros:

Wir haben als Paar eine Woche im Jeeva Santai verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Anlage ist sehr grün und gepflegt gestaltet, mit einem direkten Blick auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel Bali. Mit Glück kann man sogar Schildkröten sehen und bei gutem Wetter auch direkt am Hotel schnorcheln. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Personal – von der Rezeption über die Gärtner bis zum Restaurant waren alle Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos freundlich und aufmerksam.

Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Hotel überzeugt: Die Qualität der Speisen im Restaurant ist hoch und kann problemlos mit den umliegenden Gastronomie-Angeboten mithalten. Zudem ist die Lage in Senggigi ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren auf der Insel. Eine klare Empfehlung für Reisende, die eine ruhige, gut geführte Unterkunft suchen.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind zwar gepflegt, könnten jedoch an der ein oder anderen Stelle eine Auffrischung vertragen, um wieder vollends mit dem modernen Standard mitzuhalten.

Geweldig hotel aan zee, prachtig en fijn!
Pros:

Geweldig hotel, een paradijsje aan zee. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heel aardig en zorgzaam personeel, van de tuinmannen tot en met de receptie en het restaurant. We hadden een prachtige kamer naast restaurant ,
Zwembad en aan zee, begane grond (mangga). Zou ik altijd nemen vanwege het uitzicht. Lekker restaurant. We hebben het heerlijk gehad zelfs al was het geen mooi weer. Aanbevolen!

Cons:

From the moment we checked in, the rude and grumpy reception lady, put a very sad feeling on our whole holiday. Her attitude was unfriendly, rude and terribly unsettling.
After that, it went further downhill. The food is very basic, and yet very expensive. It’s so sad that the hotel skimps on everything they do, and yet have the affront to charge so heavily.
Stay away from the restaurant, and go elsewhere for your food and drinks.

A bit of magic down by the sea
Pros:

The location is obviously the best feature of the hotel right on the sea shore the waves crashing a few feet away fantastic

Cons:

The rooms where nice and comfortable but they need a bit of TLC especially the bathroom but it was definitely value for money

Zum Ausspannen perfekt, jedoch kein Strand Resort
Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Resort, da kommt man absolut runter!!! Herrlich!!!
Besonders geeignet für Honeymooner und für Paare,, die einfach mal abschalten wollen…. sehr entspannt und liebevoll alles.
Die Bungis bieten zudem sehr viel Privatsphäre, sind unglaublich gemütlich und
groß.
Tolle Abendbeleuchtung innen und außen.

Frühstück a la carte, kein Buffet, sehr angenehm mit Blick aufs Meer in dem schönen kleinen Restaurant/ Bar.

Super freundliches Personal, was zum positiven Allgemeinbefinden beiträgt.

Habe meine Sachen zum waschen gegeben und es war alles wunderbar sauber und ich habe sie schnell und günstig zurück bekommen.

Jeden Morgen und Abend Housekeeping

Cons:

Achtung!
Es gibt keinen Strand vor dem Resort, nur eine flache Mauer, dahinter gleich das Meer.
Wer also Strandurlaub machen möchte, ist hier falsch.

An das Management:
Bitte unbedingt mal die gesamten Handtücher/
Strandtücher austauschen, sind sehr fleckig und dünn.

Housekeeping war nicht immer perfekt, aber es hat gereicht 🙂
