When we arrived, I immediately saw a cockroach walking in the lobby. But I thought, well, as long as they’re not in the room, it’s fine. Unfortunately, there were also cockroaches in our room. The bedding had blood stains on it and wasn’t always very clean. We only had the breakfast once, because the cutlery and the glasses were honestly too dirty for words. I would not recommend this place. The location was great, but that’s the only positive thing. Oh, and the security guard — he was always friendly. He was the only staff member who greeted us kindly. The rest of the staff didn’t greet us at all.

Según la habitación que te asignen puedes estar bien, pero no esperes mucho.
Pros:

Me gustó que me cambiaran de habitación dos veces porque la primera estaba realmente sucia y la segunda contenía en el balcón tres aparatos de aire acondicionado que hacían mucho ruido, además ese balcón estaba tapado por el cartel del propio hotel, con lo cual haber pagado habitación con balcón era un error. Comprendieron la situación y me cambiaron a otra habitación apropiada y estuvimos bien. No obstante, la puerta del baño de esa habitación no cerraba y la ventana tampoco cerraba del todo y entraba un poco más de ruido del tráfico, pero en general esa habitación estuvo bien: la 701.
El desayuno era muy completo, pero más pensado para el gusto y costumbres de Asia. Para occidentales, poca fruta, poco embutido, los huevos solamente cocidos. El café está rico.

Cons:

No me gustó que al llegar a las 2 de la madrugada me alojasen en una habitación sucia, con telas de araña colgando del techo de unos 30 ó 40 cm de largo, polvo, bichitos, etc. pero me cambiaron al instante a otra. Yo había reservado habitación con balcón y me reinstalaron en una hab. con balcón.... pero ese balcón alojaba tres aparatos grandes de aire acondicionado que hacían muchísimo ruido, además la vista a la calle estaba tapada por el cartelón del propio hotel. A la mañana siguiente lo expliqué en recepción y me cambiaron a otra donde pudimos estar mejor.
