BQ Alcudia Sun Village - All Inclusive

Fint hotell som er litt slitt. Internett virket veldig dårlig for oss.

Super accomodatie, alles netjes, schoon, ruim en alles voorhanden. Kamers worden iedere dag schoongemaakt. Alle faciliteiten zijn voorhanden. Enorm hardwerkend personeel. Altijd vriendelijk en beleefd, niks is te veel. Eten was iedere dag vers, gevarieerd aanbod en lekker van smaak. Al met al een top vakantie gehad, met dank aan alle medewerkers die dit mogelijk hebben gemaakt en zich hier iedere dag weer voor de volle 100% voor inspannen. Onze kinderen hebben er ook enorm van genoten!

Really enjoyed the hotel, the facilities were great, food was good and the staff were very friendly. The all inclusive was great, there was always food and snacks available and infinite ice creams and lollies

Huoneessa oli homeinen haju. Aika huono ilmanvaihto, mitään ei kuivunut.
Vastaanotossa aika tymppä henkilö vastassa, kun sanottiin huoneen hajusta niin mitään ei tehty asialle eikä tarjottu mitään. Peti sohvassa kivi kova patja.

Entertainment ryhmä oli tosi hyvä, osas kyllä hommansa.

Pool cold

Nous mettons généralement aucun commentaire.
Malheureusement notre chambre sentait fortement l’humidité et la salle de bain n’était vraiment pas propre (cheveux et poils partout, un vieux pansement dans la douche non ramassé, les vitres de la douche non nettoyée et le miroir de la salle de bain à moitié nettoyé) dommage pour ke prix demandé. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Food is far better than expected from a 3-star hotel. All the common salads and pasta you would expect from any all inclusive hotel are available. But they are usually better cooked and tastier at this Hotel. "Speciel dishes" such as indian curries, mexican food, juicy chicken sticks and a modfied ceacar salads were outright delicious.

Drinks are available from 5.30pm. The selection is a bit limited, but taste is good.
Waiting time for drinks is slow around opening hours where a single bartender usually manages the bar, expect 15-20 min waiting time. Should be improved. Later on a handful of bartenders are present with fair waiting times around 5 min.

Nice pool area with plenty of beach chairs and multiple playgrounds. Clean and nice.

Snack bar is excellent. A good selection of real food, icecream, sodas, slushies and beer are availble. Better than most 4-star hotels.

Slightly outdated rooms with a single oldfashioned key. Same goes for the safety deposit box (that is not free). A bit annoying if you are travelling with small children with different nap times etc. Tiles in walkways etc. af often broken and somewhat uneven.

The beach is around 500m away and is top-notch with crytal clear blue water.

Plenty of mosquitos, remember your repelleant.

But all in all I doubt you can find better value for money. Highly recommended.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und im Restaurant war sehr laut.

Super semaine passée ! Très bonne nourriture, hôtel très sympa et animateurs très cool!

Var her i perioden 15.07 - 27.07 med min samboer og 2 Barn på 3 og 4 år.

Alle ansatte var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Området er veldig velstelt og innholdsrikt. Maten var god til alle måltider og snackbaren ved bassengene hadde god enkel mat med drikke. Det lokale ølet som var inkludert var bra.
Underholdningen på kvelden var bra og det var minidisco hver kveld før underholdningen. Underholdningsteamet i grønt var helt fantastisk med barna.

Husk myggmiddel, etter kl20 er det mye mygg.

Dette har nok noe med perioden vi var i men det føltes overfylt. Kø for å få seg bord til middag, rene tallerkener manglet ofte og vi måtte vente på at de fikk vasket de. Tallerkene kunne være både våte og ha matrester på seg pga dette. Juicedispensere var ofte tomme. Ingen kullsyre i brusen ved snackbaren.

Rommene er utdaterte og slitne.
Mine svigerforeldre hadde rom på bakkeplan, der var det en stygg lukt av råte under hele oppholdet. Vi hadde i 2etg og hadde ikke noen lukt.


Alt i alt har vi hatt en fin ferie her og barna har kosa seg masse noe som var det viktigste for oss.

The pool was good and our kids (3 & 6) enjoyed the big pool and the kids pool with the pirate ship.

The playground for the kids shared the same area as the designated smokingarea! Horrific!

Outside the hotel behind the pirateship is a good and new playground for the kids. In front of the hotel is an outdated playground.

BUT the room was small and outdated. We were 4 but never got 4 new towels, only three and had to ask for towels.
They made our beds daily but never cleaned, dirt on the floors and the sink was never gone after the cleaners had been there, one day out of 6 the sink was partially cleaned.

The AC - I would not call that for AC, maybe because that it is outdated but it didnt work as an AC should.

The hotels own area was green and nice.

The food in the restaurant was not good, not bad. Not very tasty and if you didnt got a fish directly from the chef it was dry.
Breakfast was ok but everything else never made me happy.

Close to the beach and bus stop to get to Alcudia.

A supermarket within 2min walking distance that had snacks, drinks, some food and pool stuff.

Hotel familiar, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para disfrutar y relajarse en la piscina, que es grande y con muchas hamacas. Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y durante el día había mucha variedad de comida en el bar de la piscina, caliente, fría, fruta, helados... Además las bebidas que incluye son de calidad.

Boligen var meget fugtig, der lugtede af mug.Restauranten var god, god mad. Personalet var meget flinke. Vælg en lejlighed på 1 sal.

Excellent stay - calm, comfortable and welcoming resort. Staff were polite and helpful. Activities all through the day. Huge pool with plenty of loungers. Lots of outside seating. Pool bar with plenty of tables.

We had a great family vacation! This is really a very good hotel if you want to relax and have your kids enjoying the pools and all the facilities they have. I must say the food was the best all-inclusive hotel food we had, big variarity to choose from. Of course the big thank you to the staff that made our vacation so great!

Wir waren als Familie mit Grundschulenkindern dort, offenbar wird es demnächst renoviert, was in unserem Zimmer auch empfehlenswert wäre, es ist etwas älter gewesen... Aber die Anlage, das Personal, die Möglichkeiten, das Essen - super! Es ist uns beinahe schwer gefallen, die Insel zu erkunden, weil das Hotel so viel zu bieten hatte.

Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Teilweise ein wenig Renovationsbedürftig

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie in dieses Hotel gereist.

Das Zimmer/Wohnung hatte leider nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und im Wohn- und Kochbreich eine sehr kleine Schlafcouch. Dies konnte man anhand der Bildern und Beschreibungen im Vorfeld nicht herauslesen. Im Zimmer haben Bettbezüge und Handtücher gefehlt. Das Reinigungspersonal war aber so freundlich und hat uns ausgeholfen.
Die Küche war wirklich sehr spärlich eingerichtet. Ansonsten war es sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Reinigungspersonal kam täglich.

Für uns war das Essen leider eine Katastrophe.
Ich finde es sehr grenzwertig, dass im Restaurant keine Allergene und Inhaltsstoffe gekennzeichnet sind und man IMMER beim Personal nachfragen soll.
Das Personal wusste selbst nicht Bescheid und sagt mal soll mit dem Chef sprechen. Das bedeutet 3x am Tag hoffen, jemanden zu finden der einem Alles zeigen kann. Das ist sehr anstrengend und könnte durch einfache Kennzeichnung Allen alles erleichtern.
Wir hatten leider schon den 2. Tag infolge Unwohlsein aufgrund des Essens, da wir einige Sachen nicht vertragen. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass viele Mitarbeitenden in der Küche gar kein Englisch verstanden haben.

Durch den angrenzenden See gab es wirklich unfassbar viele Mücken. Schade, dass das Hotel selbst rein gar nichts dagegen aufstellt oder unternimmt.
Leider gab es nur ein Fahrrad mit Kindersitz zum Ausleihen. Das ist sehr schade in so einem großen Hotel mit so vielen Gästen und Kindern.
