A decent stay for a small family for one day
Pros:

Breakfast and location were great. They were accomodating about check in and check out. The hotel was clean and they had a nice big space for playing board games and haning out with kids.

Cons:

The bathroom was too stuffy and the walls were too thin. You could hear people banging around upstairs. The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and lumpy.

Pros:

La presenza di Angelo è stato il vero valore aggiunto di tutto il soggiorno, davvero piacevole la sua compagnia ed i suoi consigli. Posizione a dir poco perfetta per raggiungere velocemente l'impianto della funivia. Torneremo sicuramente.

Anche qui come altrove al momento della ripartenza il soggiorno risultava ancora non pagato, mentre in realta' l'addebito sulla carta di credito risaliva al momento della prenotazione. Vogliate rivedere la vostra organizzazione su questo aspetto perche' non e' piacevole per il cliente. Grazie.

Gran sasso stupendo!

Ha un potenziale enorme...peccato!
Problemi di fuoriuscita acqua dalla doccia per cabina non fatta con precisione.
Acqua tiepida che hanno risolto per fortuna ma d inverno non accettabile.
Colazione sufficiente in termini di qualità.
