A great place to stay while exploring São Miguel!
Pros:

The whole experience was great, from free snacks while you check in to a great complimentary breakfast where the eggs are made to order. The staff was extremely friendly as well, the room had a great view, and it was a quick walk to the downtown areas. I would highly recommend!

Nice staff. Poor decoration and staff dressing to a 5 star hotel.Too many rules to use the spa, the restaurant, etc.

Hotel godny polecenia.
Pros:

Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel,dobrze wyposażone pokoje,dwa razy dziennie uzupełniane napoje kawa,herbata i słodycze.Ładny widok na ocean.

Cons:

Mały asortyment produktow na śniadanie,nie stanowi to problemu ale porownuje z wyjazdem na Madere w ubiegłym roku.Jedna z pań kelnerek mało zainteresowana swoimi obowiązkami.

We loved our stay and we would stay there again!
Pros:

Loved the location, the view, staff, food, view and much more.

Cons:

The price for Christmas dinner was really expensive and for that price I thought a live band would be there, Christmas tree where we are eating. Was expecting it to be more festive and not just dinner.
Our room walls were damaged in one spot and could have used some refinishing with paint.

A simpatia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Não verifiquei antes de fazer a reserva que crianças só podiam usar as piscinas até 13:00 horas.
E a piscina superior a água não é aquecida. A interior tem tanto cloro que arde nos olhos. Só fomos uma vez, não conseguimos está mais que 15 minutos. Pequena a piscina e o cloro não se consegue ficar.
A nossa suite as casa de banho tudo em preto e pouca luminosidade. E alguns materiais da casa de banho a cair
Precisa de uma reforma.
Não tem parque privado para os clientes tivemos que pagar um parque extra.

Pontos positivos o pequeno almoço maravilhoso.
A comida deliciosa. Os colaboradores sempre atenciosos.
