Aanrader, zeer goed en prettig hotel!
Pros:

Het hotel is heel clean en goed verzorgd. Ontbijt ook zeer uitgebreid met een persoonlijke en fijne service!

Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Wij hadden een bruiloft bij Chatteu Neercanne, heel dichtbij gelegen. De klantvriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid was top. Zowel het diner als ontbijt was heerlijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Easy, close to Chateau, and just ignore the odd service;)
Pros:

Excellent location close to the Chateau where we had the event.
Good size room, with double bed.
Umbrella to borrow.

Cons:

Service was not amazing. Upon arrival, the hotel was closed and it took quite a while after we rang the bell before someone came down.
When returning from the castle in the afternoon to pick something up from my room, i realized i left my roomkey at the chateau, and staff was quite difficult about getting me a new keycard. She actually asked if I could not just walk back up the Chateau to get the keycard.. And said the effort of 'configuring' a new keycard was quite a hassle.. It surprisingly turned into a bit of a debate, which felt very odd to say the least..
At breakfast, our friend was not allowed to sit at our 4 person table (which we occupied with the 2 of us) because there was no cutlery and plate set up.. When she wanted to take the table next to us (set up for 2), she was also not allowed to sit there, but instead was directed to a table in the back corner, which was set-up for 1-person.. Meaning we could not speak to our friend over breakfast..
And all this while the 3 of us were the only ones in the entire breakfast room...

Uitstekend hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Super aardig personeel. Goede kamers en een zeer goede en grote badkamer met een uitstekende douche. Het restaurant kan aleen gebruikt worden door vooraf te reserveren. Houd hier rekening mee. Gezien het uitstekende ontbijt, zal ook het diner van goede kwaliteit zijn. Bij het ontbijt wordt gevraagd of er een ei gewenst is, in welke vorm dan ook. Goede manier om verspilling tegen te gaan. Dit hotel is voor mij zeker een aanrader.

In het dorp zelf is weinig te doen. Een aantal etablissementen zijn zelfs permanent gesloten. Wat er is, is wel goed. de Brasserie / Ijssalon in het begin van het dorp is zeer aan te raden, voor een lunch of diner.

Wel veel te doen in de regio Kanne/Maastricht. Ideaal voor wandelingen, fietstochten en (historische) bezienswaardigheden. En daarna een van de vele lekkere Belgische pintjes pakken.

Cons:

In het dorp zelf is weinig te doen. Een aantal etablissementen zijn zelfs permanent gesloten. Beperket parkeerplekken en oplaadmogelijkheid voor elektrische auto's bij het hotel zelf. Wel een grote parkeerplaats met oplaadpunten op ongeveer 50 meter van het hotel.

Prima hotel in de buurt van maastricht.
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed bed fijne locatie

Cons:

De slaapkamer was wat verouderd. Vloerbedekking is niet meer van deze tijd. De badkamer was heel mooi. Het is ook best gehorig.

Goede plek voor een of meerdere nachten bij Maastricht
Pros:

De rust en stilte in het hotel. Heerlijke matrassen en superstil s nachts!
Goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. De eigen keuken ploeg had vrij toen wij er waren.
Heerlijk biertje op t terras . Prima ontbijt.

Tot rust gekomen in deze mooie omgeving net over de grens.
Pros:

Een lekker rustig omgeving waar je lekker wakker kunt worden met het geluid van de vogeltjes. Hotel ligt op een mooi plek waarvandaan leuke wandel en fietstochten gestart kunnen worden.

Cons:

Geen punt te benoemen, voor ons was alles goed geregeld.
