Great experience! the best hotel in Vancouver and provide unmatched services and hospitality! Saksham has very good customer service and he helped me to change my room on spot with a great smile! thanks again
Our first stay at Paradox and everything from the service to the accommodations to the food to the experience exceeded our expectations. Usual favorites in Vancouver are the Fairmont Pacific Rim and The Georgia, Paradox delivers an excellent and perhaps enhanced stay. Huge compliments to Saksham who went above and beyond for us and our girls weekend. So professional and helpful. Five stars all around.
Our stay at the Paradox Hotel in Vancouver was outstanding! The hotel is beautiful and contemporary, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. A special thank you to Saksham at the front desk, who was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, capable, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Joel in valet parking, who went above and beyond to assist us with a positive attitude and excellent service. Every staff member we interacted with made us feel valued and well cared for. Their professionalism and exceptional customer service made our visit memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Paradox Hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver!
Stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise in Vancouver. Hotel is centrally located downtown. Very modern, clean and professional. Our room was tastefully decorated, but we found the layout a bit strange. There was only one armchair, and it was located behind the giant TV next to the bathtub. The only way to watch TV was from the one desk chair or in bed. Apart from that, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there was a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. View from our window was a small wild flower rooftop meadow with a beehive.
Location is convenient to everything you need and want to see during the stay. Top notch hotel. Definitely the luxury feel. Staff went above and beyond and we got free upgrades. Try the spa. Totally worth it!
Not many options for live TV as I would have liked. Streaming from the iPad and casting to the TV is cool, but sometimes you want live TV. But that is the only thing I would have improved. And that’s minor. That says a lot.
Comfortable bed, nice modern room.
Wifi didn’t work and it’s located above a nightclub which makes for an interesting entrance at night. But it was quiet even with the nightclub. Also pretty expensive.
Good location close to shops, restaurants and public transporatation. Friendly unpretentious service. Efficient bell and housekeeping. Adequate gym. The F&B operations does not seem to belong to the hotel but there are enough options in the neighborhood to make up for it.
Stayed at the Paradox Vancouver for two nights with my wife prior to embarking on an Alaska cruise. The hotel was beautiful . Well maintained and elegant contemporary decor. Staff was outstanding. We arrived early and Saksham at the front desk was totally accommodating. Our room was not yet ready so he upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic - well appointed with floor to ceiling windows, large terrace two full bathrooms - the master bathroom surrounded by windows , larger than some hotel rooms I have stayed in !
All the staff were super friendly and engaging.
Breakfast was wonderful and we had a wonderful dinner (Peking Duck) at Mott 32 inside the hotel.
Highly recommended. We’ll be back!
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in Vancouver. The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city and its many attractions. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and very well maintained.
What really made our stay special, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vancouver.
