Pros:

הגענו זוג למלון דירות, מיקום מרכזי ברובע המיטה ממש על תחנת U ותחנות נוספות במרחק הליכה. יש מלא מסעדות ממש מתחת למלון. מהבחינה הזו ממש נח. החדר עצמו גדול ומרווח שירות חדרים מנקים כל יום ותמורה טובה למחיר. זאת הפעם השלישית שלנו בברלין וזה המיקום הכי טוב שישנו בו נשמח לחזור!

Cons:

תהליך הצק אין מסורבל מסובך ולא נח. חייבים לשפר ולייעל. ראיתי 5 אורחים שונים שהסתבכו בצק אין, והתמיכה שלהם נעשית רק דרך טלפון ( במייל הם לא עונים).
הכניסה נעשית רק על ידי כרטיס שלפעמים עובד ולפעמים עושה בעיות גם למעלית וגם לדלת הכניסה.
מבחינת פרטיות חשוב לשים לב שהחלון שמפריד בין האמבטייה לחדר שינה שקוף ( לפחות בחדר ששהינו בו).


דבר נוסף- יש מזגן בדירות אבל הוא לא מאוד מקרר בטח לא בגל החום שהיה בשבוע שעבר באירופה. לימים רגילים אמור להספיק.

Pros:

L’emplacement très central mais quand même au calme car les fenêtres sont de bonne qualité bonne literie

Cons:

Aucun moyen de communiquer avec l’administration qui ont ignoré nos demandes concernant la climatisation déficiente voire inexistante. Le coffre ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée. L’individu chargé de le réparer était très désagréable arrogant et inopportun en nous expliquant que la climatisation ne pouvait pas fonctionner avec les fenêtres ouvertes… ouvertes parce que pas de clim… je ne conseille vraiment pas cet endroit. Il y avait aussi des traces noires sous toutes les fenêtres… moisissures?

Decent flat in a convenient location
Pros:

Location was central for walking to Mitte sites. Flat is clean, modern and spacious. Late checkout was a bonus. We didn’t meet or need any staff.

Cons:

Flat is facing a main road, with quite a bit of street noise, luckily this dies down in late evening.
Sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable to sleep on.
Access to the flat is fiddly. You have to download an app, with a digital key that you scan to gain entry. Key was only activated on the day of arrival. I wasn’t sure if other members of family could also download the digital key so that we be independent with coming and going, maybe user error… I would’ve preferred a traditional card key you get in hotels

Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado y contaba con todos los amenities

Cons:

Primero hubo una filtración de datos y sigo recibiendo mensajes de estafas. Segundo, le faltó limpieza. Las sábanas eran muy calurosas, la bajera estaba manchada. No había ni sillas ni mesas

Pros:

Ήταν ευρύχωρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Στα συν ότι μας εξυπηρέτησαν και μας κράτησαν τις βαλίτσες μας πριν το check in στο ξενοδοχείο τους.

Cons:

Δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός παρά μόνο ένας ανεμιστήρας που οριακά κάλυπτε σαλόνι και δωμάτιο. Πέσαμε πάνω στον καύσωνα και ζοριστήκαμε.

Apartamento novo, limpo, com uma boa vista

Cons:

Falta de uma mesa para refeições, mesmo que pequena. Tornaria o quarto mais confortável para fazer um café da manhã ou pequenas refeições. O formato da disposição dos ambientes em U deixa tudo muito estreito.

Lebendige Gegend. Zimmer ruhig, auch die Straßenbahn störte uns nicht.
Pros:

Das man alles online erledigen muss, auch den Check in, hat uns als älteres Semester schon etwas beängstigt. Aber kein Problem. Mit einem Anruf war alles erledigt, auch das Parken war kein Problem. Würden wir wieder machen.

Cons:

Man bekommt beim Online-Checkin, ca. 1 Woche vorher, einen digitalen Key. Mit dem man aber nichts anfangen kann, außer das man die Reisedaten von einer anderen App angezeigt bekommt. Was uns, wie gesagt älteres Semester, etwas verwirrt hat. War aber alles kein Problem.

Die Klimaanlage ist eine Katastrophe!
Pros:

Gute Ausstattung. Gepflegte Zimmer. Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert so gut wie gar nicht. Bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur ist es daher viel zu warm im Zimmer. Der Ventilator als Ersatz ist viel zu laut. Schlafen war völlig unmöglich.

入住時，原本飯店給的密碼突然失效，差點露宿街頭，寫email飯店也不回覆，後來是有別的住客幫忙開門，才得以進入
