Great hotel for visiting Val Gardena
Pros:

Wow, this place is amazing. It’s a small hotel in the Val Gardena area. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, always trying to do the best they could. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and included two separate showers! The food was excellent and the menu was updated daily. The hotel is right next to the col raiser cable car going to mount Seceda which was very convenient given the traffic and parking issues in the area. Outside the hotel there was amazing view and a few kids playground facilities which made our kids very happy.

Pros:

This was a very nice, clean, and newly updated hotel. We were in the family suite for 5 adults. Easy free parking on site. We stayed one night during summer to drive to the cablecar for Seceda tour which was a10-15 minutes drive.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.
The hotel is very clean, with gorgeous surroundings, swings and play area for our toddler, and nice spa facilities for the family.
We highly recommend! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Tyvärr verkar hotellet prioritera barnfamiljer. Att låta småbarnsfamiljer okupera poolen och området hela dagarna är inte ok.När man kommer till hotellet efter vandring vill man gärna relaxa och bada lite. Det gick inte. Såg småbarn stå och kissa vid poolen. Det var en tjej med hund och hon fick absolut inte gå med hunden på gräsmattan. Hotellet visar sitt ställningstagande. Som par bör man välja annat boende.

This was a highlight of our Italy trip. Family and staff took very good care of us. The property is well appointed, the wellness centre is great, and the convenience of a gondola right out your back door was fantastic. The hotel also offered set dinners every evening Which we took Part in all our nights And the food was great as was the breakfast. Wish me a happy birthday without any prompting, which was a special touch. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I cannot recomend this hotel enough. We had the comfort double room, it was lovely, cosy but plenty big enough with an incredible view. The balcony got evening sunshine so you can sit out and enjoy the view.

They have a restaurant which does a 5 course evening meal with a couple of options for some of the courses, very tasty and great value. Plenty of things out at breakfast, even a machine so you can squeeze fresh orange juice!

The staff were friendly and very helpful, I sincerely hope we return before long.

Pleasant stay with great food
Pros:

The hotel is in a great, quiet location, 50 meters from the Col Raiser gondola, great for skiing in the Seceda area.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean, with lovely decor.

We stayed with half-board and both breakfast and dinner were really good.
Especially dinner, with delicious and varied dishes, beautifully presented. Each dinner has a salad buffet, one starter, one first dish and a second main, followed by desert. Service was very fast and nice.

In the afternoon, they offered cake in the bar, which was a nice touch after a day of ski.

The wellness area has a sauna and a small whirlpool, but it is nudist only.

Lovely stay here. Absolutely stunning view from our room on the 3rd floor. Spotlessly clean. Food amazing. What more can I say. We had 3 nights here but could have easily stayed longer.

Pros:

Excellent service, great food. The rooms were ok & clean - 3* rating is fairly accurate. Ski-in description is accurate but it is located on the “wrong” side of the ski slopes which give you access to a limited number of slopes and if you want to go to the greater ski area you need to take a bus or a train which is located nearby.
