Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean with a towel provided. Walkable from anywhere in town. The hotel was very quiet and as a solo traveller it felt more so in the evenings. The bathrooms could do with a revamp - the fuse switch is very close to the shower.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and room's generally clean. The hotel's in a quieter part of the town although shower could at times less than hot.

The rooms and services are good.
People with heavy luggage shall be aware as this hotel is uphill. You need to carry the heavy luggage up slope. You may prefer to book along beach or the main street to avoid many slopes.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, but spacious clean room. Hot shower with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was very filling, you get pancake, eggs, rolls, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. I didn't find it cold in the room the heating is on from 18:00-22:00 you get a quilt and plenty of blankets and pillows. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the white anchor and quiet at night. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable best I have experienced on my travels in Bolivia the pillows are usually like bricks.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to bus and boat services. There was no elevators in the hotel however the staff was very helpful in lifting our suitcases up and down the three flights. Wifi was not great in the rooms so we sat in the common area downstairs to use it. There was a free shuttle service to the bus station when we left for La Paz. Not a bad hotel for a short stay.

For the price it's an excellent place to stay. Be warned though, the WiFi is next to useless. Breakfast was excellent.

Located just a few minutes walk from the port this hotel proved to be a fantastic find. Spacious, clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and good Wi Fi. I had a double room with direct views onto the lake which was great. In the lobby you have free tea, fruit and sweets. Also the hotel let me have a late checkout without any problems. Very happy.

Their online photos make it look nicer than it really is. It has a pretty rundown feel to it, but then again, it fits right into the overall feel of Bolivia. Definitely only for those not expecting any real amenities.

Wifi can stop working when the weather is bad, but this happens all over the town.

Rooms and bathrooms are dated. Can get a bit noisy at night bc rooms face out into central foyer. For what you pay it is worth it considering there aren't many options in Copacabana.

We really liked our room, the hotel lobby, the breakfast and the staff. It was uphill from the bus station, but close to several restaurants, the boats and Cerro Calvario. The breakfast was quite nice with a variety of items and individually served. Wifi was good. Staff assisted me with an item we had left in La Paz and had to be sent to us the next day. The very nice lobby had coca tea, small candies, and bananas that were free for the taking each day.

Stayed just one night before going to Isla del Sol. Very helpful and friendly staff. I asked if I could have a room with a view of the lake and they gave me a super room. Very comfortable bed. Shower was not very modern, but the water was hot. Breakfast was good. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel and great location. Room was clean and breakfast was superior of what I had elsewhere in Peru and Bolivia.
