Habitación deteriorada. Necesita blancos y almohadas nuevas. Al menos tener un descanso confortable.
Pros:

El área del lavabo, y el baño si estaban limpios, eso si es importante. Muy bien la regadera. Y buena señal del wifi para trabajar en la habitación. Y tiene estacionamiento privado.

Cons:

El edificio necesita remodelación, al menos en el segundo piso donde nos quedamos el cuarto se veia deteriorado, poca luz colchones viejos...
Las camas: el rodapié manchado de rojo y café, deshilado y cayéndose al suelo. Las sabanas rotas de las orillas. Las almohadas muy viejas. Muy mal aspecto para acostarse.
.El frigobar desconectado, no supimos si fue por ahorro de energía o si no servía .No dan botellitas de agua. Éramos dos y solo teníamos una toalla, bajamos a pedir otra. No tienen teléfono para contactar a recepción. El hotel es muy grande pero ya se vé viejo. Es una Lastima porque tiene una excelente ubicación. Y el costo por noche en hab doble es similar a los hoteles de la zona, que están en mejores condiciones.

Te condicionan el pago a efectivo, si el pago es con TC tienes que pagar la tarifa regular que es más alta, y no la que reservamos en bookig.com. deberian de mencionarlo antes de reservar.

Staff is absolutely wonderful.

Sadly and the only thing that disappointed us was the pool. We see the staff working all the time, sweeping, mopping etc. But to us the pool is completely neglected.

Bueno, el personal excelente, pero necesita mtto.
Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente, desgraciadamente el hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento, ojalá pudieran reparar todos los detalles que tiene, sería un muy buen hotel, pues está muy céntrico, caminando llegas a cualquier lado.
