The best amenities!
Pros:

We really enjoyed the complimentary cookies, milk, cheese, and wine. The hotel was clean and smelled nice. The indoor heated pool was my toddler’s favorite part and the hot tub was nice as well. The location was perfect. Very close to the beach. They offer beach chairs, towels, and a ride to the beach in the beach buggy all complimentary. Also, coffee was available all day.

Cons:

I wish the room had a full body mirror. It would’ve been nice to see how I looked when I got dressed each day, but that’s literally my only little small complaint.

I would stay here again.

Memorable and relaxing!
Pros:

Everything it has to offer. We had horrible weather, no problem with a pool, sauna, HT. Gorgeous sitting area to decompress with a book or game time with the family. All provided by this hotel. Breakfast was amazing with the kindest staff and bonus HH with cheese and wine! Stop, they have thought of everything! Will definitely return!!!

I booked into the Avenue 2 which is separate from main building. At no time during the reservation process was it mentioned there would be loud music and people noise that was heard over the TV sound in room. I did not review the confirmation notice which I received after securing room which had a note about the restaurant and music next door. I tried to get room changed when we experienced very loud music and the base that was vibrating against our bedroom wall room 403 from 8p-1am. No luck, and worst experience I’ve had in my lifetime being from the hotel industry. Spoke to staff who explained that we should have had written warning and that was our choice. Regardless, this is the worst option because you don’t give the customer a true sense of how bad it really is and it ruined our experience. Manager was not empathetic and said that was our choice. No credit, no empathy, last time we will be staying at this property.

Nice quick vacay for 3-year-old
Pros:

We were able to check in at 3:00. I found that I booked the wrong room and they were accommodating in changing my room - I was lucky that one was available and they gave it to me with no issue whatsoever. The rooms are extremely clean and big. The pool was great for my daughter it was very clean. Everyone there from the guests to the staff were wonderful. The cookies at night were fabulous. The towel service at the front desk was wonderful.

Decent price for being so close to the beach. The complimentary breakfast and social hour wine/cheese were nice touches along with the property providing beach chairs to rent for free. The room itself was bigger than expected as well

Cons:

The cap behind the shower head was loose and the head itself wobbled to the touch. The base of the tub seemed like it was sagging when stepped on. The door to the room easily blew in the wind to make a small banging noise against the frame. The biggest thing that the property does warn you about is that the Purple Parrot club next door does play music and can get loud up to 2am. As long as the AC is blowing we did not notice though

Cons:

Would have preferred more variety for breakfast. 1st and 2nd day's options were almost identical. Went across the street for breakfast the 3rd day.

Good location in town - very spacious rooms!
Pros:

Upon arrival, there were fresh chocolate chip cookies for us. The room was very spacious (Building II) but did not have an elevator - had to carry bags up to 2nd floor. Our room was VERY spacious! Location of the property is excellent....walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants, shopping. Nice to have a warm breakfast (included) in the morning.

Cons:

Main hotel has underground parking; Building II only has exposed parking lot outside of rooms. Did not feel completely safe. Also when checking in, the desk clerk made it very clear to everyone within earshot, that our room was down the street at Building II, which is why we paid a cheaper rate than the rooms in the main building. Did not make us feel valued.
