Pros:

It was fabulous room was bigger then expected, staff was fabulous. Lou our beach taxi loved him can’t wait to go back, was a safe and extremely clean space everyone was amazing

Large room, reasonably clean.

Cons:

I knew this was going to be in a separate building from the main hotel without an elevator. However, they failed to inform that the stairs and rooms opened to an unsecured exterior. One set of stairs is next to a rather popular bar. We had people running around outside our room all night. Huge safety risk to guests. The staff was very terse. We were not told pool or breakfast hours, nor where we should park to make life easier. Staff also failed to return a call inquiring if we left items behind. We later found them, but would have liked confirmation.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Absolutely Everything, what a lovely stay.
Only wished we had stayed longer. Such a well run hotel. Fantastic Staff, great breakfast. The wine and cheese in the evening. The ambience was fantastic.

Friendliest staff I have come across over the years! My stay was to be a 'get away' to visit with family out of state.... sadly turned to be more business then pleasure; however, it was an ABSOLUTE accommodating facility to my change of needs on the spur of the moment. Can not express enough how it became 1 of most favorable stays in Rhehobeth! THANK YOU! THANKS to your AWESOME greeting staff, breakfast staff & hospitality cleaning! I WILL BE BACK on a vacation (hoping sooner then later). PLease share as you may - for I own (much MUCH smaller business then yours - motel, bar, restaurant.... and can by far appreciate the 'whole package' you are providing! Ya 'all got it going on! 5 STARS!!! Christine

Excellent stay at Avenues II Inn and Spa
Pros:

Breakfast was great every morning, The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, the location to the boardwalk and beach can't be rivaled and the staff at Avenue Inn and Spa were exceptional.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

We stayed 1 night (May 31st -June 1st) $152. We were very happy with the price we paid for the amount we received!
Pros:

Everything. The breakfast, the hospitality of the staff, the location, the pool, the rooms, the milk & cookie hour, the decor of the hotel… I can’t say enough about this experience!! Make sure you stay in the main building though, not Avenue II! (I’m not familiar with the other location)

Great location but way too noisy!
Cons:

Avenue Inn & Spa looked amazing! They had an amazing and friendly staff. But the location of my room was far from being an Inn & Spa like. The location of my room was at another building that was next to the Purple Parrot. Very noisy at night and you can hear the traffic and garbage trucks till about 3:30am.
