Toilet seat in bathroom was broken? everytime you sat, it shifted making it uncomfortable.

Sofa bed was old, uncomfortable & broken. Needs to be updated for the price.

Mixed. Some things 5 stars. Some things including breakfast 1 star.
Pros:

room was comfortable and clean, check in was easy and check out, parking was easy and free for guests, the location was fantastic for parking and walking around our entire stay and was the highlight of the hotel, the spa and blue hen are independently owned but great facilities to partake in if you have a chance

Cons:

housekeeping trying to charge a smoking fee without any conversation (by the way, I'm pregnant so even for my own health he wouldn't be smoking around me and you guys didn't even see how outraged I was) and the breakfast was horrendous. No stay for $800 a night should have a garbage breakfast with plastic utensils, tiny cups, low quality food and rude staff. A luxury hotel should always have a luxury style buffet and it was a massive disappointment.

Pros:

We loved the nightly cookies and milk and breakfast was delicious ! Great for families ! Location was wonderful! Booked last minute and got a great deal! The main lobby also smells very upscale! Only issue was our sofa bed was broken but we made do. Staff were very pleasant , we’d love to come back for an adult only weekend too! Very unique. Did not remind me of a beach hotel but a spa like bed and breakfast vibe so personalized and accommodating !

Cons:

Our sofa bed was broken, but that’s it! We loved our stay and would return !

Amazing stay and already planning to return!
Pros:

Perfect location with excellent accommodations, including free parking. We enjoyed the wine and cheese hour. The breakfast provided had something for everyone. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that are available to guests. Staff is extremely friendly. Everything you need is within walking distance.
