Location, Staff, quality of the room, amenities, really everything!

Cons:

Housekeeping didn’t clean under the beds, there were zip ties and rose petals still underneath… a little uncomfortable to see!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway!
Pros:

The staff is truly the best, most friendly and helpful I’ve encountered anywhere. I’ve been coming here for years. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. I enjoy the pool and hot tub. Lovely modern aesthetic that feels well cared for. Excellent breakfast included with the price (including baked cinnamon pears).

Cons:

Minor changes: sauna is gone, the wonderful restaurant was closed (off season), the warm cookies with milk seemed less delicious than in last visits…? But the property itself is wonderful.

I feel so relaxed when there.
Pros:

I love the atmosphere during the holidays. It is decorated so lovely. Who wouldn't like to get wine and cheese and a great breakfast all included in the price. I like that there is a restaurant attached that you don't need to go outside. Very cold when we were there. We keep on coming back whenever we go to Rehoboth.

The room was nice.

Cons:

I have COPD and climbing all those steps were treacherous. I told them when I booked that I had this problem and asked not to have to a lot of steps but we were put on 2nd floor. Will not stay there again unless I can stay in main building.

Pros:

Breakfast was good! Location is very good. Pay attention to room type to make sure you stay in the main building.

Cons:

The room was lightly cleaned before my stay, but they could do a more thorough job. I found several dead flies and a carpet beetle larva. Pool bathroom was pretty dirty when I visited.

Glad we chose this hotel and would choose it again
Pros:

The included breakfast was impressive with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Included steam room and indoor pool. Free tea, water and coffee in lobby all day. Beds very comfortable and shower water nice and hot.

Cons:

Would have loved an earlier check in time as we travelled with young children and got to town around lunch time. Could hear distinctly a couple fighting with each other that evening after us and our young children went to bed. We ran the fan all night to block further disturbances
