Great AC, good wifi.
Big room, with fridge, good bed, poolside room on ground level.
Good shower even if hot water takes a while.
Ruko smart TV with YouTube and other apps.
Continental breakfast included, with add-on options.
Location, 2 blocks from Ado, 2 blocks from AutoProgreso, 5 blocks from Plaza Grande.

Cons:

A bit noisy at times at night.
No switch for the bedside lamp, had to unscrew the bulb.

Pros:

The staff did a wonderful job welcoming me in and in addition the room itself was an excellent choice.
The bed was huge and so comfortable - the temperature was perfect.
Nice spacious bathroom and water pressure at the shower that is unmatched. I wish my shower at home had such great pressure.
I'm very happy with this place and it is actually in a great part of town.
10 out of 10 would visit again.

Lovely color- bright purple, easy to find
Pros:

The staff dealt with the problem quickly. Although they didn't speak much English and I didn't speak much Spanish they used a translation program on the internet. They were most adaptive .
I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was close to the San Juan Park and not far from the Independence Square. I really did enjoy the architecture and features of the building- the columns, pillars, paintings and tile work. I appreciated the bright colors, it was easy to find my building from the square, it was bright purple!.
The staff arranged a taxi for me at 4:30 am and it was 15 minutes early.

Cons:

My room to start with had mold on the bathroom walls. Once I made the statement that I could not stay in it, I was upgraded to a lovely room that was huge, twice the size and no mold. The second bathroom had no mold.

Baño sin ventilación, olor a humedad, sin secador de pelo,alicatados muy deficientes y materiales de bajísima calidad. Mobiliario obsoleto, decoración pretenciosa y sin gusto, El.desayuno es patético,.como en la Cuba de racionamiento. Un día faltó agua caliente. No hay toallas de piscina. Es una pena que un lugar con enormes posibilidades esté tan mal gestionado y desaprovechado. Hay que invertir cinco millones de pesos y convertirlo en un verdadero hotel boutique. Podrían subir precios a más del triple y ganarían mucho más.

Parking à disposition, toutefois il est nécessaire de demander à la réception de vous indiquer son emplacement. La réception devra également noter la plaque d’immatriculation afin que la barrière puisse être ouverte (gratuit).

Le porte delle camere fanno fatica a chiudersi e hanno delle fessure dove si puo vedere dentro.
Nella doccia ci vorrebbe un tappetino di plastica perché si scivola.
Il wifi prende malissimo quando si è dentro la camera.

Hotel temática contemporánea antiguo

La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica, alrededor hay muchos lugares para visitar y dónde comer,el desayuno es continental pero en caso que quieras agregar unos huevos tiene un costo de buena relación calida y precio, restaurante muy acojedor con un buen servicio al comensal,la ubicación donde se encuentra el hotel no es para nada ruidoso para descansar.

El aire acondicionado es un poco ruidoso y si tarde en enfriar un poco la habitación,en cuánto a la iluminación de la habitación si está un poco oscuro ya que el foco de la habitación tiene una luz muy tenue,quise encender la lámpara de mesa pero no tenía bombilla 😑 esto con la intención que la habitación tuviera un poco más de iluminación,de igual forma debería ver cuántas personas son en la habitación para dejar los utensilios de limpieza y toallas completas éramos 3 y solo dejaban para 2 ,el estacionamiento está algo lejitos pero con buena seguridad y alumbrado.

No me hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación, me preguntaron cuando estaba en la alberca si requería limpieza de habitación les dije que si, comenzaron por otras, comenzó a llover y metí a mis hijos y después de un tiempo e dijeron que si si iba a querer la limpieza y ya no acepte, yo creo que hubieran empezado por mi habitación ya que las demás no estaban y yo por la mañana salí desde las 6:00 am y regrese y no habían limpiado la habitación, en respecto al shampoo y jabón nos dieron lo mínimo que eran dos botellas pequeñas para tres personas que íbamos, obvio no alcanzamos y salí a comparar.
