El trato de la recepcionista y la inflexibilidad de entrar antes del check in de las 3, ya que el huésped tiene que dejar las instalaciones al medio día e ingresa a las 3, eso no da "un día" de hospedaje.
O hotel é lindo, encantador, a piscina é ótima, está muito bem localizado, a poucos passos do terminal ADO e das vans para Puerto Progreso. Foi possível deixar as malas antes do check-in. Há frigobar no quarto e eles disponibilizam garrafas de água na sua chegada.
Não disponibilizam secador de cabelo.

Die Rezeptionsdame beim Check-in hat getan was in ihrer Macht stand. Die Lage ist ok aber nicht mehr im schönen zentralen Bereich.
Im ersten Zimmer massiver Schimmel, Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer, nicht sauber. Haben wir abgelehnt und sind in ein anderes geführt worden. Hier ebenfalls Schimmel in der Klimaanlage. Nach genauerem Hinsehen an allen Ecken und Enden Schäden und auch am Kopfende des Bettes Schimmel. Mosquitos im Zimmer weil die Altbautüren teilweise zentimeterbreite Spalte aufweisen durch die alles durchkommt. Zusätzlich haben die Zimmer keine Fenster. Meiner Meinung nach reine Abzocke und muss generalsaniert werden bevor irgendjemand hier nochmal schläft.
Als kleinen Zusatz gibt es nur eine mannshohe Trennwand zwischen Badbereich und Schlafzimmer - man verrichtet also sein Geschäft direkt neben dem Bett wenn man so will.

Isolation catastrophique et pas de parasol aux transats
The location was wonderful, and the staff waa great. The issue is upper management
Upper management needs to staff the property better. Instead of leaving staff by themselves through the night, with no one to releave them in case of an emergency. There was also no covers on the beds, only thin sheets, with the beds right in front of the minisplit! No courtesy waters, and the doors would all squeak. We rented 6 rooms. All the doors squeaked. I rented the rooms specifically for the greater family room which had a separate room, and we were not given that room, nor were we told we would not be given the room at check in. I called twice to make sure that would be our room. No refunds either, the only reason they hurried to give us the room was because I kept insisting on it. We will not be recommending this hotel. It was beautiful, the location was great, the people friendly, but management needs to get it together
Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt, direkt im Zentrum. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Dusche war eine Regendusche und ist ein echtes Highlight!
Die Kissen waren leider alle ziemlich dick und hart.
