Pas vraiment de fenêtre dans la chambre où j’étais (juste une au dessus de la porte d’entrée)
Pas vraiment d’eau chaude pour la douche (comme souvent au Mexique, vu les températures ce n’était pas vraiment dérangeant)
Très peu de sièges ou s’asseoir autour de la piscine
La decoración y la alberca
La habitación era muy sencilla, la tele no funcionaba, el cuarto era algo mínimo, en cuanto a la relacíón del aspecto del hotel. No había cobijas, no tenía algún aditamento que hiciera funcional la estadía.

Clean and big pool. Beautiful decor.
Upon check out we asked to pay the 300 fee for late check out but the front desk lady said she had to charge us the full price of the night and that they did not offer late check out, but there is literally a sign on their front desk that offers it. Everyone else was verry nice. Also the ac was very dirty.
Location was good and the staff were friendly.
The room was quite strange, it felt slightly unclean with marks and stains on the bed. Air conditioning didn't really help cool the room. Lots of light enters the room as there is no blinds.

Todo salió bien, el personal es amable, las habitaciones muy amplias. La limpieza dentro de las instalacion fue adecuada. El lugar está céntrico. El hotel es tranquilo. Recomendable.
En mérida hay tanto que hacer, que no pude disfrutar de la alberca.

El hotel es muy bonito, es una casa vieja así que tiene algunos detalles, la alberca tal y como está en sus fotos.
La habitación era muy grande, espaciosa y cómoda.
Nos tocaron algunas filtraciones de agua por las lluvias Pero nada del otro mundo, se entiende por ser una casa vieja.

Con il temporale si è allagata la stanza, non ci hanno cambiato stanza dicendo che l’hotel era pieno ma non c’era nessuno nellhotel. la seconda sera non avevamo l’acqua calda per fare la doccia
